Entreprise rent a car should be banned from Kayak
Avantatges: Nothing they are thieves.
Desavantatges: They said that the price I booked on Kayak didn't include any insurance. I told them that my Visa Infinite card will cover me but they forced me to subscribe the insurance which doubled the initial price. I refused to pay the doubled price because the reason I used Kayak is to compare offers and reserve the best offer. Why Kayak let you reserve a one week rental car which will not allow you to get the car because it doesn't include any insurance. So I lost a couple of hours to find another rental car company and had to pay a taxi to get a car 15 Kms away from the Orly airport. I asked Entreprise car rental a written proof but they said they were not able to write anything.
