Avantatges: The staff was very friendly when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off.
Desavantatges: I think that on a Friday evening you should have more than 2 people working.

Desavantatges: Nothing really. There was a mo. Up but the staff covers the situation so smoothly it was beautiful

Desavantatges: The type of car I paid for wasn't available. They offered an alternative which was old and beat up. They were unwilling to upgrade me as supposedly the upgrades cost more than I was worth,even though I've rented with the same agency many times in the past. Went to another Enterprise agency down the road...the experience was even much much worse. I'm switching to Avis, after being a faithful Enterprise customer for many years.

Terrible wait time and inaccurate info
Avantatges: Car was clean and functional.
Desavantatges: When we got there they said it would be 30 minutes for a car. It actually took about two hours to get the vehicle.

Great Service at Enterprise in Pasadena
Avantatges: Friendly, fast, professional service at Lincoln ave, Pasadena, CA Enterprise location. In and out in 10 mins. good car selection and convenient and easy to maneuver lot. High marks!
Desavantatges: Mexico daily insurance is only sold at an Enterprise location in San Diego airport. It is ok, not a big deal, but it did require an extra stop.

Functional issue
Avantatges: What? Oh the thing was it was nearly available.
Desavantatges: The technology of the car door key, it locked and wudnt open for long while. Struggled to get it to open but had to use key mAnually and alarm goes off and took me a while to get it to shut up. Displeased with newer cars. I'd rather have the older types, much more reliable.
