Awful

The location was convenient. The hotel room was quiet.

The bed was awful, felt like sleeping on springs, very hard. The bathroom was a joke. I had to spend time reattaching the bath hardware as it came off when I tried to use it. There wasn't one part of the shower that was acceptable. The shower head wouldn't stand up, pieces were falling off so I had to use it as a hand shower. This hotel is in serious need of updating. Everything is worn out, stained and terribly cleaned. Surfaces were obviously not cleaned thoroughly often as you could see the dirt. Overall I was quite grossed out by the whole experience and would never stay at this particular Doubletree again.

Caro, pero muy cerca de la estación Victoria. Es oscuro y deprimente, la habitación era mejor que el vestíbulo. Limpia y cómoda. Problemas con la ducha, no tragaba bien. El buffet de desayuno era normalito, la fruta no era fresca.
