My hotel stay was lovely great friendly staff, nice clean room and communal areas. Great roof top bar very romantic and great for photos. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Quality of the breakfast for the price wasn't up to standard. Premier Inn do a better breakfast for less How to use the lift is a bit hit and miss you have to use your card each time a floor button is pressed and although there is a small sign everyone learns off other guests. You could be told this at check in

Nice views and friendly staff - decent rooms
Cold beans at breakfast and cold mushrooms and no fried eggs. Had spent a lovely morning in the pool and was looking forward to breakfast but the chefs were not keeping notice....

Hotel en una ubicación excepcional, barrio de negocios, cercano a cafeterías, centro comercial y muy buena conexión con Jubilee Line-Metro y DLR. Destaca el edificio tipo casi "rascacielos" con vistas al Támesis, lo elegí en buena medida por esta ubicación cosmopolita. Habitación bastante bien y el hotel y trato del personal también.
Lo único que eché en falta fue en servicios habitación. En otros hoteles donde he estado de 4-5* hay más cantidad de gel/champú en botellitas, también más surtido de toallas y faltaba un mini-bar con selección de bebidas alcohólicas. No hubo problema, al final al volver la manzana encontré un Tesco´s ;P
