room very small, very annoying knocking sound, coming from outside, I think it was something blowing in the wind. duvet weighed a ton, very uncomfortable.

Nothing went well
After a long journey and checking in and going to our room we found it was already occupied, this was very embarrassing for the occupants and my wife and i, on returning to reception and informing them of the situation they offered no apology and simply issued us with another room, the TV did not work, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, the shower was not the best, This was all reported to reception, again, no apologies were offered, they had the attitude that they had our money and they were happy.

Great location, fantastic bar/restaurant, staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was slightly small for our liking.
