Me voy triste por el robo de mis pertenencias
De mi habitación desaparecieron 2 cosas un cuello para avión y una varita Harry Potter comprada en universal trate de comunicarme pero nada de respuestas horrible que el personal se adueñe de cosas que no son de ellos mi hijo se fue triste cuando nos dimos cuenta ya estábamos en otro lugar pésimo las camareras atentos a no dejar nada de valor en las habitaciones 0 seguridad

great beds, love the large room, it was like a house. kinda bad lighting; the door to the bathroom need a lock and it should be closer to the floor; the barn door was off track; otherwise it was a great room; love the free breakfast!!!

The room was spacious and quite well equipped. It is in fact a small appartment will a fully operational kitchen and very nice bathroom. Breakfast was typical american with a great variety of available options to eat.
The matresses were very soft but what I really hated was that the bedlinen were not ironed so you were not sure if someone else has slept on the beds before. Breakfast was served on paper plates and plastic cutlery which is something that you do not expect for such a high quality hotel. Finally the parking cost is very expensive (44 USD/night)
