Comfy beds and great pillows.
No suitcase stand. We were given a disabled room which had no bench space in the bathroom.

Everything, amazing staff; responsive, proactive and friendly. Location is great, right in the heart of the city. Rooms are pretty nice, bed and pillows are AWESOME. There’s also a “pillow menu” in every room to select the pillow you like best. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Madrid.

Great location next to metro and close to some of the sights. Beautiful over Gran Via at night. Although it's close to a busy street, the sound isolation is pretty good. The room was very comfortable to stay at: nice big bed and amazing rain shower. There are plenty of food options at breakfast, so you can really charge up yourself for the day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was wonderful and very rich. Sonia the concierge manager was very helpful, professional, she gave us wonderful tips. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel is located close to most of the attractions, and a subway station is right in front of the hotel.
The wc door cannot be close with a key hermetically. There was no hanger to put the towels.

Great location and feel of the overall hotel!
Coming from United States just used to the Air Conditioning being colder but I understand that Europe works different.
