location and service were excellent
The AC didn't work properly, couldn't get cool enough. they offered to switch the room but we were unpacked already and only staying a day and a half longer so it would've been too much trouble to move

Breakfast is nice but too fancy and to expensive. Chipper hotels include better breakfast. Renovations works were made during noon time (siesta)

The staff was very curteous. The check out was very fast. It was a pleasure staying in your hotel. Full marks.
