No es lo que esperaba

El personal de la playa era amable.

No me gustó el personal de recepción. A todo lo que pedímos la respuesta siempre fue no. Además, nuestra habitación no la limpiaron en todo el día. Tuve que pedir que limpiaran la habitación cuando nos fuimos a cenar por la noche. Una vez que regresamos tarde por la noche, no nos dejaron toallas. Tuve que pedirlas a las 2am.

Pequeño y caro.

La piscina era estupenda.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas caras todo.

pool area is nice

Staff was friendly at first but did nothing to accommodate us even though we were staying for 5 nights and had 2 rooms and lost or luggage for a few hours by accidentally sending it to another hotel. Room can barely fit 1 person. Food was so overpriced by the pool. Has a snobby vibe. Would never go back, checked out early to go to another hotel..

Small rooms, trash bags in hall ways very expensiv

Housekeeping stored housekeeping trash in the halls. Management not responsive to this condition trash was stored in the hallway 4 out of 5 nights. Drinks are $20:00 each. Rooms are smaller than a jail cell

Very dirty items in room, nothing was replaced

Great service everywwhere -- restaurant, bar, beach. Felt very welcomed. The towel service company is superb.

Understand it's a small room but there were two of us, very strange to have only one wine glass, and one tumbler in the bathroom, while there were two bathrobes. one of the bathrobes literally had caked on boogers on it, very digusting. we displayed it for housekeeping to see and they didn't even replace it. not did they replace the dirty towels they took away. The one wine glass had left over liquid in it from we don't know when. we put them on the room service tray hoping house keeping would get the hint but they simply put it back on our desk. cleaniness in the room was no star. Do not like the fact that Hyde Beach club does not serve the regular cocktail menu at night. the cocktails rocked, and i really didn't want to pay $15 at night for a very watered down vodka soda when the awesome cocktails are $18 during the day.

El servicio y el personal era de lo peor. No es tan bonito como atento o SLS Vegas o BH.
