It was a super convenient location and the staff was always polite, friendly and smiling. They offered to store luggage before check-in and they also have a lovely lounge for visitors to comfortably wait vs. shuffling you out of the property. Very nice stay. Thank you!

Location was excellent only moments from the centre of Times Square. Ideal base enabling us to get around New York with ease. We had 2 apartments one was an upgrade and in much better condition than the other. Both apartments gave us plenty of space and the laundry facilities were good.
We didn't know about the upgrade until we arrived and then it was too late to get the 2nd apartment upgraded. The roof top terrace and bar area was closed throughout our stay and that was one of the key attractions when choosing this property.
