The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Clean, no frills. Very accommodating staff, quiet, bright (with the exception of the bellhop who was useless when I was loaded down with luggage and packages and struggling w the front door).

Freindly helpful staff. Great location for working in the financial district with easy access to subway. Within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge.
