    Location

    Best location in the heart of Times Square. Modern and very comfortable hotel. Rooms clean and well serviced.

    Staff can be abrupt. Not very personal. No pool. Breakfasts below average. Overall not much to complain about.

    Limpieza bien, atención en general bien con alguna excepción.

    Nos ofrecieron upgrade de habitación a buen precio a través de email. En el momento de registrarnos lo comentamos, ya que habíamos aplicado a la oferta a través de Internet, la Srta. nos informó de que él upgrade ya estaba aplicado. Al ver la habitación nos dimos cuenta de que no era la ofrecida como "upgrade". Después de volver a explicarlo en recepción otra Srta. lo entendió perfectamente y le dio solución. En fin, un inconveniente que podía haberse evitado de haber puesto un poco más de atención e interés en su trabajo.

    La ubicación era genial

    Un poco ruidoso Algunos del personal (no todos) tenía mala actitud. Me di cuenta de que eran más atentos con algunas personas que con otras.

    Hyatt Times Square MEH

    Overall staff was friendly.....BUT

    Our beds were very firm, and our maid did a lousy job cleaning our room. She left a dirty wash cloth on our bathroom floor for two days! We did not receive our requested newspaper at our door, and the staff would not give us a paper because there were no extras. The Internet charges were ridiculous!

    Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very attentive and always seeking ways to make our stay better. The location to shows was the best with a theater right next door and the 54th floor bar was a perfect after theater hang out for drinks and snacks. It was also steps away from the subway to go in any direction. We did not have to step foot in a "smelly" new york taxi all weekend not to say the subway was a bouquet.....just kidding on the smell.

No s’ha trobat cap valoració. Prova de suprimir un filtre, canviar la cerca o restableix-ho tot per veure valoracions.
