The was room a good size and was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Nice restaurant and roof top bar

Nothing at all. Horrible experience. Not able to find my iPhone XR and it’s Charger since I checked out.
Not able to find my IPhone XR and it’s Charger and hotel didn’t have courtesy to try and find out. They just washed away there hands.

Only its location. Right on Times Square. Booked a double room for 2 pax with 2 double beds....only had toiletries for one upon check in. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. Basic functional room nothing luxurious. Comfortable beds.
Staff could be friendlier. It is a service industry.....better trained, service oriented and knowledgeable. Wanted to book a meeting room for a Monday. It could not be done as its was weekend and person in charge did not work weekend, no one else at front desk could help us with it. We were given a name-card to make contact..sent an email...no response at all. Had to re-enquire on a Monday morning but to no avail.

Loved everything!
Great breakfast but would have preferred a buffet style breaksfast. Rate included breakfast but we had a daily allowance we had to look out for every time we ordered breakfast. The portions are way too big.
