The room is small and there is no water or coffee machine for in room comfort.

Breakfast was really nice. The bar area was good and bar staff very friendly. Hotel reacted quickly to any problems we had.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Hairdryer and iron did not work on arrival - although this was sorted out relatively quickly. Hotel room was quite basic.

The location to Times Square. Luggage hold. Love having my luggage held until room was ready and held until it was time for me to leave New York.
The breakfast was cold. My party andI went down at8 for breakfast. The pancakes, French toast, bacon, and has brown was cold. Not warm but cold. We had to pay $19 someone with us because their name was not on the confirmation and it was after 2.
