¡la decoración era realmente linda, temática náutica! La cama era cómoda y en realidad pudimos dormir tres en medio De Time Square con una cama de matrimonio en la parte inferior y una doble (creo que, o una individual, pero se sentía un poco más grande) en la parte superior. A un corto paseo del distrito de los teatros y cerca de todo el ajetreo, pero muy bien contenido. El desayuno estaba incluido en nuestro precio y realmente valió la pena, había un surtido más amplio de lo que normalmente veo en los desayunos del hotel y se servía hasta el mediodía cuando estuvimos allí. En general, diría que las comodidades nos pusieron de lo mejor para el viaje. Si tuviera que volver a estar en el medio de la ciudad, sin duda intentaría este hotel de nuevo.
Había unas pocas áreas pequeñas en la habitación que se estaban pelando y creo que una escalera diferente para llegar a la parte superior "literas" sería más seguro. Los pequeños peldaños metálicos eran un poco precarios (tal vez algo ligeramente inclinado con pasos más grandes para levantarse?).

Favorite place to stay in NYC
I am not a big fan of being in the middle of Times Square, however Room Mate Grace has a very cozy, boutique feel, which I love. The staff are friendly and I love the design details (ex: dimmer switches!) of the rooms. I am looking forward to staying at Room Mate Isabella in Florence in a month!

The decor was cute.
When we went to check-in, the person at the desk couldn't find our reservation (which we placed through Kayak). So he had me show him my confirmation email via my phone. Okay, sure, that's fine. But then he made me email the confirmation to his personal email because he said their accountant would need it.... It was bizarre. I checked that confirmation email up and down later on to make sure there was nothing he could use to steal my identity or commit credit card fraud. Anyway, forwarding my confirmation email to the clerk's personal email just seems very messy and unprofessional. He also charged an additional $25 to my card "in case of extra charges". When I checked out, I did not receive any notice about extra charges. A week later, I still do not have this extra charge back. The wallpaper in the room was peeling. The bed was definitely not the typical comfy hotel mattress I'm used to... it was very firm and the pillows had rough and cheap feeling cases. The bathroom set up is weird. The shower, toilet, and sinks are all exposed to the room. There is a sliding mirror that can either cover the toilet or the shower... not both at the same time. If you like privacy when you use the toilet, this may not be the place for you.

Excellent location in the middle of the time square... the staff were so nice and helpful and gave us very good advices. Rooms were so clean and comfort. It's the best option if you are looking for a good location and convenient price .

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great.
The room was very small - but fine for my purposes. It would be too small if you needed to spend a lot of time in it for any reason.
