We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff, facilities, food and location were all amazing! I would definitely return.
I found the pool bar very expensive. I asked for an iced coffee and was charged for both coffee and milk which was in total €10. Offering a complimentary ice cream, fruit or drink would have been nice, considering the price your paying for your stay.

The hotel grounds, the pool, the hotel especially the common areas are second to none. Extremely lux and beautiful. The views from the hotel and the location are just beautiful. So peaceful and relaxing.
The service at the restaurants could have been better. They were good but not on the level of the hotel service or property. My husband ordered a second glass of wine at dinner that he never received. We asked for the cocktail menu but never received it. We ordered a garden side salad instead of fries and got fries and then had to wait for the salad. Also...the bees. I'm glad that the bees are alive and well but the swarm of them while eating or relaxing by the pool was not ideal.

Beautiful setting
Worst 5* service I have experienced. At €650 a night they are delusional that that service can justify the cost. Need a shake up. 4 additional couples complained at check out.

the pool - sorry not much else to like.
The entire hotel, staff, and operations were a disorganized mess. We were told upon arrival that we couldn't eat at the hotel. Then after 1.5hours of back and forth they finally agreed to let us eat there. When we walked to the restaurant they couldn't find a booking and made us wait an additional 25minutes after which we decided to leave the hotel for dinner. Breakfast was equally as disorganized with waiters looking stressed out, no-one really knowing what was going on and waiting for 30minutes for 2 friend eggs. The breakfast buffet counter was a mess, no-one was cleaning it and staff all looking like they were multi-tasking from bar to restaurant to front of house. If you need more staff HIRE MORE STAFF, but don't tell people its a 5* hotel with 5* facilities and 2* service to go with it. NEVER staying there again.
