It's all about the human touch. And the staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms have been well configured.
The bar... Please keep it open just a bit later than 23.00. Some of us are too excited to sleep and need a little tipple and a chat after a day of roaming the famous city.

Location very near Gare du Lyon, nicely decorated and staff friendly. Breakfast was good.
Room on top floor had slopping ceilings which we did not like and were in the way. Also near the lift and were kept awake with noises from it

We had to take a TGV to Chambéry early the next morning, so the location, 150 metres from Gare de Lyon was perfect. Modern hotel in older building, large room by Paris standards, very quiet, comfortable bed. Also close to the lovely restaurants in the Marais.
Decent size shower, but there was nowhere to put the soap! Also, the shower pointed everywhere except at me.

La cama era comodísima, pudimos descansar de lujo. La habitación bien, amplia. El baño siempre limpio, y cambiaban las toallas todos los días. El desayuno estaba bien, completo (las salchichas eran fantabulosas).
Estaría bien que los de la recepción estuvieran pendientes para abrir la puerta del hotel cuando se llama al timbre, que un día nos pasamos 5 minutos esperando... Lo irritante fue que el recepcionista estaba en su puesto. Bien es cierto que estaba atendiendo a unos clientes, pero me pregunto si costaba tanto darle al pulsador mientras hablaba con los otros clientes...
No s’ha trobat cap valoració. Prova de suprimir un filtre, canviar la cerca o restableix-ho tot per veure valoracions.
