Sofitel Paris le Faubourg

Bed was comfy. Room was beautiful spacious and clean , wait staff were excellent.

Close to most attractions in old Paris as most of them in walking distance. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The suite was comfortable and amazing

The house keeping and room service are not aligned together. When they clean the room everyday we found that they leave the used tea cups without cleaning and they don’t put new supply of tea bags. When we call the housekeeping they say it is not our responsibility. This happened almost everyday. Yes the hotel apologized for this and the lady gave us a small gift while leaving the hotel. It is better that they fix the problem
