Very nice sympatic owner and also the other receptionist :), comfortable bed, renting bikes for 15€ per day, nice rooftop terasse, possibility to make a coffee or tea for free in the kitchen, very close to the city centre. In general, very nice place, highly recommended

Very thin walls, you can really hear closing and opening the doors, but since there were just 2 girls in the other room it was fine.

Todo es excelente en In53, desde la ubicación, la limpieza, la comodidad de la habitación compartida y los espacios comunes hasta la hospitalidad de Pedro, el dueño. Su generosidad sorprende, incluyendo que nos llevó a pasear por la isla (gratis) y nos invitó una cena en uno de los restaurantes más reconocidos de Ponta Delgada. Increíble. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable y atención insuperable.

Very welcoming and cozy guesthouse. Perfect to visit the island of Sao Miguel, very close to the airport and the center of Ponta Delgada. Everything inside is very clean and well maintained, there is everything you need both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, you can also wash your clothes for free and rent extra towels other than the ones given with the room. The house also has a beautiful terrace perfect for relax, dinner or breakfast. Ah, for all guests there is everything needed for breakfast (local tea, milk, cereals and biscuits) for free. The host Pedro is always very kind and available to help, give advice and satisfy any requests.

The only thing, a bit noisy guests as well as the nearby lively street could disturb light sleeps.

Amazing and friendly host, clean and spacious room. Lovely terrace that is great for socializing and relaxing in the morning and evening.

Owner very helpful, knowledgable about advice of what to see on the island. Lovely roof terrace, nice and quiet and very clean.

The bedroom was a little hot in the evening, there was a fan on the floor that wouldnt reach any breeze to the top bunk.
