It was very enchanting. When you first walked in it was bright with large windows, cozy furniture, and felt like home. The beds were warm and soft. Very clean kitchen and bathroom with shower tub Spanish style bathroom. Equipped with everything you need.It was like a Spanish timeshare with your own individual bungalow. including WiFi, swimming pool bar, restaurant, encased in it's own forestry of botanical plants and trees dating back to the 17th century. .Staff was accommodating and friendly, who did by the way speak English.
It was cold, but if you came from Canada you might say it was perfect. it had ants, though they did not live long in the structure do to some chemical they were using.

We were in a apartment in the main house, which was huge for two, very well equipped.
The apartment central heating was turned up really high on arrival, which excarbated the dampness. It has been a very wet winter there and the roof was being repaired at the time of our stay. Lots of notices about security measures to take, more than usual and certainly more than experienced anywhere else in the Azores.

The property is Beautiful & well maintained & the staff was great, very helpful. The main house is lovely with antique elements that really add to the charm of the place.
Since our room faced the road- at night you could hear the cars speed down the road.The bathroom smelled a bit like the septic was backing up.

La amplitud del sitio y de las habitaciones
Tienen muchas hormigas que se meten en la habitación y se hacen un poquito pesadas. El servicio de restaurante del hotel dejaba mucho que desear. Y las instlaciones estaban un poquito viejas.
No s’ha trobat cap valoració. Prova de suprimir un filtre, canviar la cerca o restableix-ho tot per veure valoracions.
