Outstanding. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked a wonderful tour to the Douro valley for me, hotel was very clean and well kept.

We were only in town for one night to see a show down the street. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. No complaints.
The breakfast is a little expensive. It's worth it to get much cheaper breakfast at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area.
