One of the best hotels I've ever been so far (and believe me, I travel a lot all around the world for work reasons). Very kind people at the reception, always ready to help you in every occasion and situazion. I'll definitely come back here for my next trip in Prague. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of choices to choose from. Also the geographical location is perfect as it is very very close to the city center and to the metro station Andel (line B).
I cannot find anything. I really appreciated my stay at this hotel 100%

I loved everything about this hotel,the staff,the service,the cleanliness,very modern,beautiful rooms,lovely food,everything was just basically up to standard,looking forward to going back..also wanted to mention that the night staff Michael and Martin's service was absolutely amazing,we got to the hotel late-at midnight but their hospitality really stood out for me,l was really impressed

Excellent location. Tram stations are just walking distance. 1 min walk to the shopping mall. Supermarkets and cafes are so convenient!

The hotel is very clean and tidy and very close to the shopping centre with very transportation system (tram and buses). The breakfast was also very good. On a general note I would say it is a very lovely place to stay for families and friends and also for business trips as well.
I would have preferred a much more bigger room than the one I got.
