Great location and facilities
The hotel firstly charged more than the listed rate agreed with booking.com and then they put a ‘hold’ payment on my card and then charged again meaning I have had twice the value of the stay devoted to my account with the correction still not resolved 4 days later

“Great location right on Copacabana Beach. The rooftop bar/pool is very nice with a great view of Rio. Excellent breakfast with a very wide variety of delicious food. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Hotel is steps away from the beach and also one block away from the street Nossa Senhora Copacabana which has lots of great shops and restaurants. I would definitely return to this hotel.”
“It’s great hotel for resting, view and safety. Everything was amazing. Super comfortable bed, large room, amazing view on a pool on a roof, tasteful drinks and food, super friendly and helpful stuff. Thank you!”
