Comfortable bed and good location.
Very poor communication. Sent them a request that took days to be answered. Left behind my charger connected in the room. Even though I left luggage with them and returned much later to get it and go to the airport, no one found my belonging. We all know hotels does not take responsibility for your personal belongings, but this is just a heads up so all can be extra careful there. Besides that: - Window area super dirty. - Poor amenities.

Everything was amazing! From the staff to the room everything was fantastic! I even told to a staff member that I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have 4 stars!! I’ll definitely going back on my next trip to SF and I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in San Francisco!

They let us check in early after getting in on a flight at 5am- presumably this was due to availability due to COVID-19, but the staff were very nice nonetheless! Bed and facilities very impressive
No safe in the room, the location was good but some colourful characters walking the streets- expect to be hassled if going outside for a cigarette

The front desk staff was wonderful.
******I had a loss of property & no response from the operating staff.****** The room was exceptionally awkward & desperately in need of refurbishing.I did expect more attention to detail. I love the area.

Su ubicación! Conocimos muchos lugares que nos quedaban caminando. Hotel muy limpio y personal muy atento! Habitaciones cómodas. Por la zona creo que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Farmacia, restaurantes, café, union square, china town, etc todo cerca.

No s’ha trobat cap valoració. Prova de suprimir un filtre, canviar la cerca o restableix-ho tot per veure valoracions.
