I liked the room, it was very clean and it was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was working very well. The location is very good and near the train station. Due to the coronavirus pandemic I had to make an early check out and I was reimbursed for the other nights that I didn't stay. The employees and the manager were nice, helpful and understanding.
There was a problem during the process of reimbursement. I don't know why but I was charged twice for the stay (at least, the money was captured from my bank balance). The hotel and my bank tried to help me, but the problem was only solved at the end of March, because I had to wait 16 days for the second payment to be refused. Now, everything is all right.

When we first arrived to the hotel, the hotel parking was closed, so I went inside to try and ask the receptionist were we might find parking but no one was there so we had to circle around the different buildings trying to find parking. Once we found parking and got back to the hotel we still had to wait a few minutes before the receptionist arrived. We liked the room and it was very clean in the room.
We did not like that the parking was closed and that we had not been notified. I also would have liked to gotten to service a bit quicker so we could have got into our room sooner. The night receptionist also seemed very rushed.
