we paid for lounge access as part of bokoing.com deal, and on multiuple times were not allowed to enter as it had reached "capacity" only got to go once which is not worth why we bought this deal. The amenities are old, and no one even told us before checking into the room that none of the power ports on the walls were not working. We had a whole day where no device was able to be charged, one of the power ports damaged my laptop motherboard. It was only when we rang concierge to ask , they advised us to only use the extension cord in the room. its quite old and run down, definitely not worth the value for money. On the Friday Public holiday there was a 40 min line for breakfast and this was mostly external visitors queueing to access the buffet breakfast restaurant for the holy day celebration. We complained after being told we also as guests of the hotel had to wait in line, and almost missed out on breakfast service, until we then complained to the Restaurant manager why do guests have to line up with public to get access to the restaurant? defintiely overpriced, bad experience, and will not be booking there again or reccommending it to anyone.
