The size, view and quality of the room! Gym and fitness facilities also very good for a hotel. Overall would highly recommend especially at the very reasonable price.
For some reason we had no hot water in our shower even though the taps did, we raised this with reception and were told it would be sorted however this wasn’t the case. It was very refreshing to come back to a cool shower however it would have been nice to have a hot shower too!

It is clean and nice rooms.
I have booked the biggest suite for 2 adults and 12 year daugther including breskfast, I was surprised there was no extra blanket for my daughter as the extra blanket had additional cost snd yet was not available on one night so you can imagine how inconvenent to sleep without a covet in 5 star hotel. Breakfast had less interantional options. swimming pool was very crouded. Staff are nice but I guess my comments are more into managment issues than staff.

Staff is so friendly, rooms are clean and cozy, location is perfect , concierge service is excellent the staff there helped us to discover new destinations

Que éramos dos adultos y un niño de 12 años y solo pusieron toallas y servicio para dos y la cama supletoria tenía que ser aparte . Lo pedí con cocina pero solo tenía microondas y poco más , no era cocina completa

Loved the magnificent view from our room, the room size, and cleanliness. The location was perfect with a mall and train station next door.
We had a $30 hamburger that came with a few fries our 1st night because we got in late. We dined at the mall next door for Korean food and other places much more affordable the rest of our stay.
