Location.
It doesn't deliver what the price promises. Staff is very friendly and wants to help, but it seems like the management structure doesn't allow you to actually get what you need/want. Simple requests (like: can I have a paper napkin at breakfast) take far too much time and effort (10 min + manager had to help...).

Amazing green fields well taken care. Friendly and highly educated staff.
The hotel looks like it is frozen in time. It needs definitely an upgrade to align with the high end price. The rooms look like they were extract from an old movie, with very old furniture and giant old phones. The bathroom is big but it also needs some upgrades. The shower was constantly falling down and almost injuring us. The breakfast was very crowded and they make you wait in a queue. Not compatible for this hotel price range. The pool adult area was almost empty every day because is the most windy corner. And to help the water was frozen cold. No one can enjoy that gorgeous pool.

Hotel really needs some renovations.Weather quiet cold compare to Lisbon.Difference of 5 degree C.
