The hotel was modern,well designed and has superb rooms,beds,swimming pools,gardens,spa and location. The staff are generally well trained (with 2 exceptions!) polite,motivated and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and our entire stay was very enjoyable and one of our best ever experiences.
The gym was a bit weak in comparison to the rest of the hotel and could have had better weights and better air conditioning

El hotel tiene una ubicacion fantastica, cerca del puerto de villamoura, las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy confortables, y tranquilas. El desayuno estupendo, las playas son fantásticas. Es un hotel estupendo para ir en familia todo relax y tranquilidad. Mencion especial al spa y los tratamientos corportales.

“Hotel is a bit dated compared to others we have stayed in the same area. Pools were lovely, breakfast was average for a 5-star hotel but we did stay during COVID and all seemed very safe.”
