Queixes: La tripulación parece tener algunos problemas entre ellos y se reflejó en el servicio que ofreció a los pasajeros. Algunos de ellos eran groseros.

Avantatges: Usual faultless KLM experience

Avantatges: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Avantatges: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Queixes: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Queixes: Awful experience, we're travelling with a Toddler and they didn't have any consideration at all...the staff always with a bad attitude

Queixes: Cancelaron el vuelo 15 minutos antes de embarcar. 2 horas para rebooking. 2 horas para que enviaran un autobus para llevarnos a un hotel. 2 horas esperando en el bus. Decidí quedarme en el aerpuerto esperando el nuevo vielo ( 6 HORAS). NUNCA MAS CON TURKISH AIRLINES

Avantatges: Great new airport. Friendly staff. Traveled with them before and will again. Great rate and 2 bags!

Avantatges: The crew was very professional and we the customers were very happy to have this team

Avantatges: When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time.

Queixes: Communication was lacking...

Avantatges: The inflight crew was very nice

Queixes: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Queixes: El entretenimiento, el avión que tome no tenía pantalla y fue muy aburrido.

Avantatges: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Queixes: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Queixes: Flight was run by American airlines. The Seats on the 777 were small extremely poor legroom.

Queixes: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Queixes: Shorten luggage wait time to arrive on the belt.

Avantatges: Food is amazing, planes are good.

Queixes: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.

Avantatges: The crew was amazing. Managed to get a whole row to myself (bonus!).

Queixes: Cheaper change fees. ;)

Avantatges: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Queixes: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Queixes: While the entertainment system had good options, the screen was very unresponsive when pushing the buttons. On average, it would take me over 10 tries to get any on screen button to work. Gave up several times.

Queixes: Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage.

Queixes: Not having to wait in the hot line. It is terrible that you cannot pick any seat if you buy economy. And the economy seats are tiny!!! The rate for checking in baggage is more expensive than other airlines. Food was terrible: both for dinner and breakfast had plane awful sandwiches . Not traveling iberia again

Queixes: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.
