Avantatges: The onboard crew and food were great. The gate crew and grounds were rude and unknowledgable.

Queixes: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Queixes: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Queixes: No hacer perder los vuelos a sus pasajeros ya que tenia que vilar ayer y me cerraron la puerta en la cara xdocpor una demora con la policia me demoré y robaron 150 € por cambiarme el billete cdo nonera mi culpa. Deben tratar mejor al pasajero. Ya que el avion estaba aun con la manga colocada.

Avantatges: Flight and the crew!

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Avantatges: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Avantatges: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Queixes: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Queixes: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Queixes: Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous.

Avantatges: We upgraded to business class so service was super attentive

Queixes: Business class on AC was equal to premium economy on west jet but lwithout the amenities on west jet

Queixes: We were not informed our flight had been cancelled

Queixes: Air Canada changed our seating on day of travel. I had ordered tickets over a month in advance and scheduled seating for my wife and I on our 3 leg flight. Air Canada changed our seating on the 1st and 3rd leg and we were no longer sitting together.

Avantatges: the flight was on time

Queixes: for sure the seats, the screens and the bathrooms. the plane was soooo old!

Queixes: This flight had the least legroom of any flight I've ever taken.

Queixes: Plane boarded on time but then sat and waited for many more late people. Then we sat for 45 minutes and didn’t move.

Queixes: The staff was rude. Over heard gossiping about other travelers. At end of flight overhead announcement that our section of airplane using wrong bathrooms. It was rudely stated. Should have directed this instruction earlier in the flight. Very rude

Queixes: The flight was delayed and caused all sorts of problems and headaches. Had to book a new final destination and didn't even make it to my original final destination.

Avantatges: Crew was friendly. First class seats fully reclined.

Queixes: I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired

Queixes: I couldn’t fly because at check in they asked me to pay for my 2 luggages and I couldn’t afford it so they let me out of my flight and now they don’t want to return my money. Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage

Avantatges: Very smooth flight. Everything was perfect.

Avantatges: The crew was awesome, super funny, excited, and helpful.

Queixes: The seat was incredibly uncomfortable.

Avantatges: The seats were comfortable, entertainment during the long flight was very good.

Queixes: Do not show options with a connecting flight boarding before the first flight has arrived. My family had to run a long distance from our arriving gate to the departing one in the Munich airport, which is not a small one!! Luckily United was holding the plane for us!

Avantatges: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Queixes: We have a 5 hours delay inside the plane. The crew has to been change and the second crew is the worst crew in all my flights The captain also was change after 4 hours of delay, and is the worst captain, nothing polite

Queixes: The flight was delayed with very little information given by the crew. There was a 15 min delay getting off due to there being no airbridge and no information from the crew. There was very little legroom. The seat in front was broken and kept collapsing on my legs

Queixes: Seats were so close together that when the person in front of me leaned back, my personal screen was inches from my face. Then when it was time to get the seats back up - none moved - they all had to be pulled up by many people.

Avantatges: Seats were slightly more comfortable than Ryanair.

Avantatges: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Queixes: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Queixes: The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Avantatges: One lady was so mean when I asked her a question .

Queixes: Be more smiling and helping customers when needed

Queixes: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Queixes: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.
