Queixes: The crew were not attentive. I needed milk for my child but they never came back. Their food was HORRIBLE and only two choices and both spicy and tasted disgusting. Honestly the worst flight for me with Qatar airways

Avantatges: The crew was very attentive and our seats in Prestige class were very comfortable.

Queixes: The entertainment options were meager at best.

Avantatges: Staff upgraded me both ways to an emergency exit row with more leg room.

Queixes: Breakfast was just so-so, not enough snacks or drink service throughout. The departure from the plane took over an hour (JFK’s fault, not Korean Air).

Avantatges: Clean facilities and polite staff. Made the 14 hour trip much more tolerable.

Queixes: More JFK related than anything. 20 minute delay on Yvette tarmac due to gate related issues but that's not the airline's fault.

Queixes: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Avantatges: Seat is comfortable with lots of leg room. Clean plane.

Queixes: On a 14 hour flight, we got food right after take off and then nothing until 7 hours later. Bring snacks for long flights! Minimal movie and tv selection too

Queixes: 4 hour delay ON the plane for an 11+hour flight? They could have deplaned us. The flight attendants were rude. Worst flight of my life - never flying China East airlines again

Avantatges: I really liked the food selection they provided in economy. Also enjoyed how they would time dinner and breakfast depending on our location. Left in the afternoon, had dinner while still in the Korean timezone. Snoozed for 7 or so hours and it was time for breakfast when we reached the pacific time zone. I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours.

Queixes: While traveling on the long haul flights, I really liked flying on the Airbus; flight from Los Angeles to Seoul was initially on an Airbus, very modern with better screen and power outlets! My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking.

Queixes: The flight was very full, but overall; good service and on-time performance!!

Avantatges: The seat was not super comfortable but the crew was really lovely and so helpful!

Queixes: More padding on the seat would have been nice

Avantatges: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Queixes: The food was terrible. Why can’t you just serve a regular plain meal. Why try to be fancy with all these nasty sauces. Give me a regular sandwich for lunch and some simple pasta or something. The only things edible was the fruit.

Queixes: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Queixes: I changes flights to leave out of Sydney instead. I ended up paying 304.00 in change fee even thought i booked flight using 80,000 miles reward travel still was charged to change the flight

Avantatges: Got an aisle seat. Got all the meals. Overall a good flight.

Avantatges: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Queixes: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Queixes: Crew was cold and and very matter of fact. The food was very so-so. The food items have to be purchased other the food trays served unlike Turkish Airlines and Kuwaiti Airlines.

Queixes: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Avantatges: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Avantatges: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Queixes: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.
