Very rude crew specially the ladies from the crew, for the 10.5 hours of flight I didn't get any meal. Meals served in dark, the crew start sneaking like BATS in dark, holding meals by hands, which you don't know how they serve it, is it kosher first? or is it first come first serve? or is it a buffee?! they never used a cart and roll it along the isle so you can understand what they doing. Like I said you see them sneaking left and right every one with 2 or 3 boxes hardly trying to look at the seat number, and most of the time they come back with the boxes because they are wrong. I asked one of the crew to call her supervisor so I can complain about that I didn't get any meal, and why they serve food in dark, she said, "He is there go talk to him" other one said "I will call him" but she never did. It is just a mess seeing those crew running left and right without any meaningful way. What I know is that, I will not fly with them again. Queixes: "So i was forced to cancel the second leg as well. They offered me to modify the booking for a 100$ fee + fare difference which was 460$. This was for a ticket which I already had which cost me 390$ for a return trip. I opted to cancel my reservation. The cancellation fee was 170$ and I was refunded 220$. I bought a different return flight, on the same day, from easyjet for 90$. a very bad experience."
