Avantatges: "Everything was quite fast, we were like 15 min before the plan ready with boarding, but then somebody needed medical assistabce and we left 15 min delayed. But that's ok, it's nobody's fault. Baggage arrived very fast in Hamburg."
Queixes: "A minus for the Crew because when we arrived in Hamburg, people started to open the baggage boxes although we were still rolling (like 5 min too early) and they didn't say anything, so more people were following. When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed with nearly 2 hrs. Cabin crew were rude made as feel very uncomfortable. This flight as whoke was the worst one I have even been too. Never ever again. BLUE AIR NEEDS TO SORT ALOT OF THINGS BEFORE OFFER SUCH SERVICES"

Queixes: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Queixes: "I have booked with 2 checked in baggage pieces. On check in I was told no baggage was paid and I had to pay 100€ for the baggage."

Queixes: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."

Queixes: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Avantatges: "They are more professional and helpful. Really seemed like they knew what they were doing. The flight crew was accommodating and polite. The plane was very comfortable"

Queixes: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Queixes: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up."

Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

He gave us a number to call in Florence, which was automated. File number was requested but not found. For all we know our luggage may have been thrown away. Completely unacceptable. Never ever use Brussels Airline."

Queixes: "The crew didn't bother to announce that we would have a delay at take off and at landing. The food?... nothing good to say. It's been years since I've eaten a meal on a passenger plane."

Queixes: "TINIEST toilet EVER. Couldn't even turn around to wash my hands (and I am quite tiny myself) or look in the mirror...which for some reason is not well placed. Impossible to choose my seat, even after calling help service (3 times! and still had to discuss at the counter), just so that they change me already in the flight to accommodate a family. I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

Queixes: "Impossible to choose my seat, even after calling help service (3 times! and still had to discuss at the counter), just so that they change me already in the flight to accommodate a family. I do not mind, but they never mentioned that the seat could not recline or that there was no window (the whole point of choosing the seat, for I have flight anxiety). I understand the whole 'profit' thing for selling food, though I just can't believe, after the price I payed I cannot even get a tiny glass of water. So, I'll just avoid it if possible."

Queixes: "We got stuck on the plane for an additional 5 hours before take off because of the smallest amount of snow. Even knowing how much extra time they did not load any extra food on the plane. We finally took off only to be rerouted to Lome instead of Accra which took an additional 2 hours. The whole thing took an extra 7 hours. From 11am to 12:55 pm we were provided only 1 meal and ice cream. The staff were not apologetic at all, they said if we wanted to be mad at someone it should be the weather... They should probably go back to customer service school."

Avantatges: "Small plain. No interlaken. Cold food"

Avantatges: "Pésimo que no especifiquen de primera qué hay que pagar el check in. Ningún vuelo te hace pagar el check in! Pésimo que no se informe desde un principio, que haya que entrar a las bases y condiciones. Que por cierto, hablo solo español y lógicamente no podía entender."

Queixes: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."

Queixes: "They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

Queixes: "Que dejen de sacarnos el dinero por cualquier cosa. El personal no sabe ni los servicios que ofrece y la Atención al cliente es especialmente mala"

Avantatges: "Tuvimos problema con el check in online tanto en la app como la web de la compañía. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto nos hicieron pagar 50 euros por persona porque no hicimos la facturación online. Cómo no pudimos hacerlo, no sabíamos que los trolley se pagan para poder subirlos al avión. 25 euros más."
Queixes: "La atención al público desde luego. Cómo es una aerolínea Húngara no tienen oficina en nuestro país para poder reclamar"

Avantatges: "Nada en especial"
Queixes: "Retraso de más de una hora. Embarque pésimo, los trabajadores discutiendo entre ellos con muy mal rollo. Pedi ayuda a la azafata para subir mi maleta al compartimento superior y ni me hizo caso, trataba a los clientes con la punta del pie. Durante el vuelo caia agua del techo. Cuando llegamos para subir al autobus habia que salir a la pista y pudimos ver como todas nuestras maletas facturadas caian a la pista con nueve desde la altura del avion y nadie se daba cuenta, las dejaban ahí tiradas"

Avantatges: "Everything went to plan and we were very happy"

Queixes: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."

Avantatges: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Queixes: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."

Avantatges: "The air hosts and hostesses were very polite and courteous."
Queixes: "The flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed a connecting bus journey. The space in the seat is very limited and cramped, I was very uncomfortable in the chair with my knees pushed into the back of the seat in front. I am 6ft 1in which is tall but not that tall. Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Queixes: "Nos cobraron por el check in sin avisar antes. La gente que nos atendió muy mal educada. Un desorden total en el apto y en el avión."

Queixes: "With WizzAir no more in my life it’s even worse than Easyget or Raynair even if you have a cabin suitcase you still have to check in you can’t take it on a plain anymore. Really disappointing and they are not that cheap as they think. £90 one way from Kiev to Luton it’s a bit too much"

Queixes: "2 hrs late and we missed all our following connections as a result."

Queixes: "Algunas compañías ofrecen servicio de comida gratuita a bordo, en este vuelo, no."

Avantatges: "The Crew was excellent"
Queixes: "The boarding process was terrible, took a long time - few and not enough boarding and suitcases counters, which made people wait for a long time and even let others to pass them in line because their flight was earlier. due to this our flight was late by 45 minutes. the food was too expensive."

Avantatges: "It flies direct to the airport that I wanted to go to."
Queixes: "Little space. Legroom & hand baggage (which had to go in hold). Family of four were not seated together. Cabin pressure change made child ill (my phone has a pressure sensor and I could see the change in pressure trigger a desire to vomit). It should be transitioned more slowly."

Avantatges: "Flight was delayed. I missed my train home to Ipswich. Long journey home ver late at night"

Avantatges: "Nothing!"
Queixes: "My husband was seated in row 2 and I was seated in row 29, even though there were many spare seats in blocks of two and three that we could have been sat in; then I was forced to put my carryon luggage in the hold, meaning I had to wait ages at the baggage reclaim on arrival, and was late for my air BnB check in. When I booked my flight I deliberately chose not to check any luggage, spent time planning what to take so that it would fit in a carryon bag, and measured out my liquids into small bottles so that they passed the liquids restrictions: all effort and time spent in vain due to Wizz Air. I was furious!"

Avantatges: "Staff were generally sweet & approachable."
Queixes: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Queixes: "standing 1 hour in the bus before boarding,than telling you that will be 90 minutes late take off"

Avantatges: "Fue un vuelo muy agradable. El aterrizaje ha sido el mas suave que he experimentado en mi vida. La comida está buena."

Queixes: "El personal de cabina no se molestó ni siquiera en responder un "no podemos hacerlo" cuando solicitamos un cambio de asiento, ya que había libres y juntos más adelante. Podría entender que no se pueda pero no que se lo pidas dos veces y no te den una respuesta. Lamentable y de muy mala educación. Por otro, el aterrizaje en Barcelona fue el peor que recuerdo y estuvimos hasta las 01.13 horas, una media hora después de llegar, parados dentro del avión sin desembarcar."
