Avantatges: Seats were comfortable. The blankets and pillow were an amazing addition and made the flight more comfortable.

Avantatges: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.

Avantatges: Crew amazing. Passengers great

Queixes: Seats are way too small. Aisles way too tight. Recent acquisition by air Canada must improve passenger comfort.

Queixes: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Queixes: Free wifi for business class customers. $6,000 ticket then asked to pay 10/hr for wifi is insulting!

Avantatges: Boarding easy and not rushed. Crew friendly and laid back - didn’t seem uptight. Nice aircraft. For a long flight, it was surprisingly easy.

Queixes: Economy space is still so cramped for a long flight. Food was fine and what would be expected. Not remarkable.

Queixes: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Avantatges: Only check in and boarding was smooth.

Avantatges: Punctuality Pleasant crew

Queixes: No food on the flight! Due to some problems with the catering service, only a small sandwich was available.

Queixes: Very long flight

Avantatges: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Queixes: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Avantatges: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Avantatges: Absolutely nothing. Bathrooms were dirty upon boarding, crew did not even come around with water more than once, the airline couldn’t resolve even the most simple issues. Terrible experience

Queixes: Any form of customer service, maintenance of bathrooms, ability to resolve travel agent dispute. Change of seats. They were able to do nothing except sorry.

Queixes: Checking in agent should be polite

Avantatges: Crew great. Seats great, plenty of room.

Queixes: Having to board a bus, drive 5 minutes to the end of the runway, then walk across the tarmac to board is no way to board a plane in this century. Gladly for us,it was not raining.

Avantatges: Departed on time.

Queixes: Food is not the best.

Avantatges: The crew was great and the food was pretty good (in addition to lunch/dinner, they offered multiple snacks and drink service throughout).

Queixes: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Queixes: Flight keft 35 min kate and boarfing was very slow and disorganized

Avantatges: service and timing were great

Queixes: Swiss air returned my bagage damaged and there is no way to report it!

Avantatges: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Queixes: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Avantatges: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Queixes: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Avantatges: Entertainment

Queixes: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Queixes: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Queixes: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Avantatges: Crew have specific instructions and we're lovely

Queixes: Proper charging stations on planes (not just underseat plus, but better to have front-facing USB).

Queixes: Flight delayed 2 hours. Wifi/entertainment wouldn't connect.

Queixes: After 1 hour, still sitting on the tarmac waiting to get to our gate.

Avantatges: Movies

Queixes: Comfort. Jetblue offers betwee seats ne apacing betqeen rows

Avantatges: Boarding went well.

Queixes: Crew could be more attentive. They avoided passengers most of the time.

Avantatges: Great to go through customs in Dublin so the landing at home is easy.

Queixes: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Avantatges: Everything was easy and the crew were really nice.

Queixes: Both transatlantic flights I had requested lactose-free meal options, neither of which happened.

Avantatges: Seating and leg room much better than Ryan Air!

Queixes: Pre landing food was not edible , otherwise good

Avantatges: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Queixes: Entertainment didn't have any interesting movies or TV shows. Bottom of the barrel. No coffee or tea was offered before landing and it was advertised.

Queixes: Check in slow.

Queixes: flight was delayed by 3 hours; very rude and indifferent ground staff, almost impossible to rebook; no information/help was provided; barely made our next flight

Avantatges: There is nothing to like about the flight

Queixes: There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it.

Avantatges: Nothing.

Queixes: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Avantatges: The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Queixes: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Avantatges: Quick baggage drop at counter , very nice crew ...

Queixes: Not the airlines fault but the woman in front of me reclined her seat 100% and was in my lap the entire flight: made for leg cramping and discomfort for the 8+ hours in the air. The sand which I received also had soggy bread after warming.. I got the vegetarian and was a bit disappointing.

Avantatges: Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended.

Queixes: Make sits more comfortable, they are terribly uncomfortable for such a long flight at night.

Avantatges: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Queixes: Everything else. Air Lingus is like Ryan Air with an Irish accent. No space, terrible food, very low quality entertainment system with the sound muffled and barely audible.

Queixes: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.

Avantatges: La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien

Queixes: La comida (pasta) no tenía nada de sabor y mucha grasa. No fue nada agradable.

Avantatges: The crew is brilliant Punctual, spot on... 100% service delivery
