Queixes: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.

Avantatges: Too long ago!

Queixes: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Avantatges: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Queixes: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Queixes: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Queixes: I could put my seat down, the button wasn’t working..

Avantatges: Very accommodating staff

Queixes: breakfast served was still frozen.

Queixes: Entertainment unit was very slow and not even possible to operate properly. I had to ask for resetting it several times.

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Queixes: Revisar los asientos. El mio no se reclinaba

Avantatges: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Queixes: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Queixes: Staff Curtsy and overall gestures!!

Avantatges: Crew was outstanding, seats were comfortable. The food was awesome!

Queixes: I wish they would use newer planes on this long route but other than that everything was excellent!

Avantatges: Food portions and selections were great. We got slippers and eye masks for a ten hour red eye flight.

Avantatges: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.

Queixes: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Queixes: Latam Airlines has the worst service for the fare paid. We were charged for two carry on bags while other passengers with same bags didn’t have to pay. Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours.

Avantatges: Very pleasant and professional crew.

Queixes: Flight arrived about 15 minutes late.

Queixes: Food options and number of times meals are served could be improved.

Avantatges: The crew was awesome

Queixes: Revisar que las pantallas de entretenimiento estén funcionando correctamente.

Avantatges: Fue más o menos puntual. El vuelo era directo. No estaba demasiado lleno.

Queixes: El avión era muy viejo, escasamente cómodo y sin sistema de entretenimiento. La aplicación no se puede usar si no la descargas previamente y eso había que haberlo sabido antes de embarcar para poder hacerlo con el wi-fi de la terminal. Uno está de vacaciones en USA y generalmente no tiene datos móviles. Tantas horas de vuelo sin nada que ver se hacen interminables.

Avantatges: Demora del vuelo por más de tres horas para un vuelo de Centroamérica a Mexico; mal manejo del equipaje facturado, no hay espacio suficiente en la cabina para el equipaje de mano de todos los pasajeros, la cómida fue mala.

Avantatges: Salió más o menos puntual. El comandante era agradable.

Queixes: El tamaño de la cabina es muy escaso. Para gente alta o voluminosa es un reto.

Avantatges: Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English

Queixes: Entertainment selection of movies and music was very poor and too limited. Food was of inferior quality for business class

Queixes: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Avantatges: The crew was professional & friendly

Queixes: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Avantatges: Drinks served on flight. Comfortable seats.

Queixes: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Avantatges: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Queixes: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Queixes: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Queixes: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Queixes: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Queixes: Cabin temperature was too warm

Queixes: The best Airlines ever from every aspects, I’m frequent traveler of Turkish airlines and will be for good.

Avantatges: Lufthansa is an airline that prides itself on timeliness and service. The boarding procedure was very good, food was very good and service was excellent. I have flown with Lufthansa before and they always prove to me that I’ve made the right choice booking with them!

Queixes: The weather, we hit some turbulence which is beyond the Captains control. Seatbelt sign came right on and even with that we still landed about 20 minutes early in Frankfurt

Avantatges: La tripulación era genial. Se me perdió un artefacto y uno de los sobrecargos hizo lo imposible por ayudarme...y lo encontramos. Siempre estaré agradecida! Ofrecían botellas de agua a menudo. Muy bien

Queixes: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Queixes: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.
