Avantatges: Crew was nice. Airplane was in a good shape.

Queixes: Crew was trying to avoid providing free drinking water. Checking in for the flight took more than 1.5 hours.

Avantatges: The crew was bilingual and very friendly.

Queixes: The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding

Queixes: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: For such a LONG flight, grateful to ask Turkish Airlines to make available bigger aircrafts.

Queixes: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Avantatges: fast efficient boarding.. quick flight..comfortable

Avantatges: The crew was pleasant and helpful

Queixes: No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs

Queixes: My wifi was not working for the entire trip!

Queixes: I couldn’t fly because at check in they asked me to pay for my 2 luggages and I couldn’t afford it so they let me out of my flight and now they don’t want to return my money. Worse airline I’ve ever seen. I’ve been flying international for 20 years and never saw a flight you have to pay for Luggage

Avantatges: Crew, on board entertainment...

Queixes: Boarding was not organized. A lot of food options but only one dish, missed the salad or other options compared to other companies such as Delta, Lufthansa, KLM and etc.. Drinks were ok, lacked alcohol options compared to other companies.

Avantatges: The worst flight in my life

Queixes: Better, cleaner seats. Poor movie selection and nott to mention terrible food.

Avantatges: Plane from Munich was late coming to Zagreb, so my flight was late because of that and was about to lose connection flight from Munich to Brussels. Then, Lufthansa drivers waited in Munich, put us in vans and drove us to plane for Brussels. Amazing service!.

Avantatges: Awfull!!

Avantatges: The crew was fantastic, never bothered sleeping people, and had a great trip.

Queixes: The airline used a bus to the plane, at a time the airport was not busy and some boarding bridges were empty.

Avantatges: Everything was good

Avantatges: Nonstop flight!

Avantatges: Seating had more space, the crew very relaxed and good humour as well as professionalism.

Queixes: Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft.

Avantatges: The crew: very helpful, did their best to correct errors regarding special meals

Queixes: Seat assignment. Others, besides myself and my husband, were not seated together, and in our case at opposite side of the plane, but, even though the flight was full, there was no reason for that that I could see (some solo passengers were seated next to a member of a split couple/family).

Queixes: 2 hour delay

Queixes: Bathroom smells very bad My three seats where very dirty and had brown yucky stuff One had a sticky gum on it The cleaning crew should have noticed it

Avantatges: Clase ejecutiva mucho por mejorar.

Queixes: Avión muy viejo

Avantatges: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Queixes: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Queixes: The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa.

Queixes: The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines.

Avantatges: En Amsterdam cambiaron de puerta de embarque varias veces. Al salir del primer vuelo Bilbao Amsterdam nos dijeron la B30; alli no era y en los monitores vimos la B06; luego al ver que 30 min antes de salir nadie se movía en el embarque. Vimos que se cambió a la B34. El vuelo se retrasó 20min.

Queixes: Ya que existe la app de KLM debería actualizar la puerta de embarque para evitar confusiones y stress. Y siempre la megafonía de los aeropuertos. No comprendo que con todos los adelantos que hay en audio, sigamos escuchando tan mal las megafonías y aquellos que hablan tengan tan mala dicción.

Queixes: Flight was delayed for over 60 minutes. In addition, boarding was poor an took over 30 minutes. Leg room was ok, however, seats were very narrow

Avantatges: Nos quejamos muchos de los pasajeros de los modos de las azafatas. Algunas de ellas sobretodo la que estaba en nuestro sector que creo se llamaba Esther. Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro.

Avantatges: Nada a destacar!

Queixes: La única compañía al quien tenia confianza, porque otros ya habían agotado dicha confianza me decepciono completamente, al intentar quitar mi violín (que vale varios miles de euros) para meter en la bodega.

Queixes: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Avantatges: KLM STAFF WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Queixes: SOME CREW MEMBERS WERE ABIT RUDE. THEY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR ATTITUDE

Avantatges: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Queixes: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Queixes: Boarding was terrible, like they never done that before. They do not offer even just a glass of water- nothing.

Queixes: Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect.

Queixes: I could not buy extra luggage at airport. They asked me for 470dollars as extra weight. Then my luggage has still not come in my hands :(

Avantatges: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!
