Queixes: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

Avantatges: The whole crew is so kind

Queixes: Delta made my whole first flying experience the best.

Avantatges: Crew was good, seat was not, it was freezing cold and one little blanket was inadequate!

Queixes: Provide another blanket when needed, was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt.

Queixes: Food was awful.

Avantatges: The departure and arrival times were good in order to sleep the night, and wake up in Tokyo refreshed. Cabin crew were fairly friendly, but not the Cathay of a few years ago.

Queixes: NONE of the business class center seats would recline. This meant in order to recline and get some rest, the crew had to dismantle your seat and release the locks manually. This meant the seat was in that position until time to land. So I had to make a choice to sleep or eat, horrible for CX.

Avantatges: None

Queixes: All services throughout the process need to be improved from the ground to on board

Avantatges: Even with a full flight there was enough leg room. The crew were attentive and accomadating.

Queixes: Bathroom floors were often wet

Avantatges: The flight was good

Queixes: Everything was great

Avantatges: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Queixes: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Avantatges: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Queixes: At abudhabi there was no sitting available, while waiting for connecting flight, and saw people spitting in the airport lounge, it was unsanitary. Why ethihad donot enforce cleanliness in the lounge.

Queixes: Row was very crowded. Seats much too close together.

Avantatges: Another fantastic trip with Turkish Airlines. Everything from their membership in Star Alliance, to their awesome customer service, to their fantastic tasting food.

Queixes: Ticketing staffs should and can be more co considerate. Average rating at best, and sometimes very rude.

Queixes: The seats are a little tight and I paid for a bit of a larger seat. Next time I will upgrade for more room.

Avantatges: Good performance of ground staff in kabul

Queixes: The staff doesn't make double check before check in our bags that's why we went without our bags very poor service and not helping supervisor

Avantatges: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Queixes: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Avantatges: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Queixes: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Avantatges: the crew was courteous and did their best to address problems that were beyond their control. alcoholic beverages are free.

Queixes: the light and most of the screen features did not work in our seats. I have encountered this problem before. this is a long and expensive flight for this stuff not to work. the food (special meal, asian vegetarian) was an awful, undistinguishable mush--poor presentation and dubious nutritional value

Queixes: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.

Avantatges: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Avantatges: 787 no one cannot love it

Avantatges: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Queixes: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Avantatges: Crew good, plane clean.

Queixes: The filet I ordered was so tough that it was inedible. On the whole, the food was not very good, ev n the tea service which was weird. Also, the business class seat are poorly designed. If one is in a window seat and the person on the aisle is using the foot rest, one is trapped in place.

Avantatges: It's like Air India the crew is old and cant serve the aircraft. Nothing I liked. Flight was very old. Waste if money.

Queixes: Change the aircraft. Give us new aircraft or at least inform passengers this is old aircraft so we don't book. Premium economy price was very high. No service. Entertainment tv 4inc which doesn't work. Seats uncomfortable. It's better to travel will Emirates.i have no words why did I travel in BA.
