Queixes: This was terribly planned, as I never got to take the flight. Boarding happened while my connecting flight landed. This flight was on the other side of the terminal. Got there 5 minutes before take off, along with two others who missed the flight as well. Had to go to Sweden, and then Barcelona. Ended up adding 9hours to my trip, and greatly impacting my timeline.

Queixes: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.
Queixes: they don't provide even water for the passengers
Avantatges: The crew was fantastic, never bothered sleeping people, and had a great trip.
Queixes: Nothing, best transatlantic flight I’ve had so far honestly.
Avantatges: WORST STAFF EVER. Incredibly rude and not helpful. DO NOT FLY.
Queixes: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service
Avantatges: Friendly crew serving my side.
Queixes: We were unable to have choose seat option at booking and also check in and they split us up and weren’t able to put us together at the gate. A bit light on the perks for “premium”.
Avantatges: Arrived in time
Queixes: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.
Queixes: Would have been nice if you didn't have to pay for the soft drink.
Avantatges: For a budget airline Norwegian does a good job in most areas - courteous, professional staff, clean, well-maintained planes, good service.
Queixes: My flight from Oslo to Gatwick was delayed due to technical problems with the plane. We sat on the tarmac and left two hours late, causing me to miss my connection to Boston. I understand that these things happen, and I appreciate the attention to safety; however, the real problems began when we arrived at Gatwick. We were told an agent would meet the five of us who missed the flight at the gate to assist us. No agent was there, and we wandered to different Norwegian sites for help. When we finally found the right person, it took a ridiculous amount of time to rebook us. Here's the first problem with a carrier like Norwegian: they don't have as many flights, and none were going directly to Boston the following day. I was finally booked on a 6:20 a.m. flight to Copenhagen the next day with a 10 hour layover until the flight to Boston. The next problem was an outsourced service to provide me with a hotel and food voucher for the night. This literally took hours for them to arrange. It was over 6 hours from arrival at Gatwick to ending up with a place to stay - and then a 4 a.m. wakeup to get to the airport. I would hesitate to book Norwegian again for these reasons. Also - come on, Norwegian, soft drinks, water, and coffee/tea should be free.
Queixes: Check in was not available and had to fly standby despite having reservation.
Avantatges: The entertainment was good
Queixes: The food on the 2nd flight was bad
Avantatges: Fast boarding, on time arrival and friendly service; what more do you need!
Queixes: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.
Avantatges: All seats were very comfortable and spots where I can view everything and crew were awesome.
Queixes: Local travelers should be offered even water.

Queixes: Will never use Lufthansa again
Avantatges: I didn’t like anything about flying with Norwegian airlines.
Queixes: Boarding was handled poorly, flight was delays both outbound and return flights up to 3 hours each time, the food wasn’t good at all, there was no entertainment or any sort of flight info available. The seats were packed as tightly as possible. Bathroom on the flight was out of order.

Avantatges: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.
Queixes: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.
