Avantatges: Seat was surprisingly comfortable, and entertainment system was better than I expected!

Queixes: Bathroom was not super tidy, and bathroom door had issue with closing and locking properly.

Avantatges: The captain was really nice when talking over the speaker.

Queixes: The food isn't free and there are no snacks given out.

Queixes: It would be great if they had free drinks and snacks

Avantatges: Cheap flight

Queixes: Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals.

Avantatges: Prices on in flight purchases

Queixes: Boarding was ridiculous, check in lady had no idea what an infant is and how their own app works. Suggested us to use the e-gate with an infant and angrily put us at the back of the cue. The infant wanted to breastfeed...

Queixes: It was hot and stuffy and dirty

Avantatges: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Queixes: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Queixes: Comfort of the plane. So freaking uncomfortable. Seats didn’t even recline back.

Queixes: Too many check points, very lousy checking in area in the airport and no one to organize people checking in cause long wait line

Avantatges: the seat is not so comfortable for old people. Mom was sitting between two people and could not move .Crew were vert nice and helpful

Avantatges: The boarding was quick and easy. Comfortable seats and enough room for legs.

Queixes: There were 5 screaming toddlers on board. The trip was gently saying unpleasant. There should be a section for families with kids to avoid the noise and craziness that other passengers must endure. Food was ok; the second choice was not available neither for lunch or dinner.

Queixes: Little more comfortable seats. However, allowing to check in two bags free of extra cost is great!

Queixes: Boarded plane from front of plane back. I paid €18 extra for my seat and I was the last to board. My bag was taken from me because there wasn’t room and it was lost during my layover. Crew members were all scowling and not helpful.

Avantatges: Crew is really friendly. We ran into one of them afterwards when our metro from the airport broke down and she helped us understand what was going on (we didn't speak the local language).

Queixes: Boarding was slow, but it's a cultural thing at the departure airport.

Avantatges: The crew was very nice and helpful, the plane left on time and landed on time

Queixes: The staff was super aggressive to put all handbags under the seat even with empty compartment bins. Once the big bags are in why should they be so mean of the compartments are still empty?

Queixes: Not force checking luggage. Not loosing tsa pre details between different parts of ticket. Allowing checking to both legs online, not just the first.

Queixes: I could not check in online and BA is not available on the kiosk in the airport.

Avantatges: We got to London on time.

Queixes: Asked me to check luggage when there was plenty of room on board... Brand new, two week old, luggage is now broken.

Avantatges: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Queixes: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Queixes: THEY GAVE ME A BROKEN SEAT AND THEY GOT ANGRY AGAINST ME, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNSAFE

Avantatges: Food varieties are not that good

Queixes: Make the food quality, quantity and varieties to be improved

Avantatges: Crew was amazing. Service is top notch. You get to eat whatever you want whenever you want (no fixed time for menu serving).

Queixes: The in flight internet should be of better value for business travelers. Emirates offers full flight connection for business and first class.

Avantatges: The crew was indeed amazing. First the first time of my life I was wishing for a couple more hours on the plan (premium ticket)

Queixes: Seats are impossibly close. Men's knees hit the back of the seat in front of them. Sardines accurately describes seating on this airline. No, and I mean No, room to move.

Queixes: It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself .....

Avantatges: Great crew. My first time in Premium Economy & it was fantastic. I was actually able to sleep on an overnight flight.

Queixes: Letting Customers know ahead of time that food is not included specially on a 12 hr Flight! They can at least offer a glass of water. We paid 8 Dollars for a Sandwich because we where hungry and he said 5 Minutes and after a while we had to remind him that we had placed an order!
