Queixes: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

At the time of making the booking,your website didn't show how & where to pay for Che k in baggage but when I checked in at the airport I had to pay 60 euros each for check in baggage when I had paid only $50 for the airfare. I think it's highway robbery to charge so much for checkbin baggage by deceiving passengers of not providing the option to pay half the price at the time of purchasing the ticket. I would never book another ticket through your site & will make sure I tell everyone to do the same. I had worse experience ever."

Queixes: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Queixes: "Air Europa lost my bag for 6 days. I picked it up at the airport finally the 7th day of my trip. They found it on day 3 but took 4 entire days to ship it from Boston. Awful. We were also delayed 3 hours in Madrid with no compensation, we got a "snack" voucher that totaled $5. It was terrible and I will never fly this airline again."

Queixes: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Queixes: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Queixes: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

However, this was never the intention, I had planned to take my small bag with me but last minute Vueling offered to check it in for free, since the flight was full. I should have never agreed."
Queixes: "The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!"

Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Queixes: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!"

Queixes: "Delayed flight which lead to then sitting in the plane on the runway awaiting a time to take off. Flight attendant didn’t serve the back half of then plane with drinks. Luggage Carousel kept changing."
Queixes: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

Queixes: "On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff...."
Queixes: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all."
Queixes: "No point paying priority boarding.... people just swap seats if not allocated next to each other makes it all feel like a messy shambles.... once sat down flight was quick and pleasant.... never ate or drank anything on board as extortionate prices... so the money saved there went on tapas and wime"

Queixes: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."

Queixes: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."

Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."

Queixes: "If they don’t speak good English and have heavy accents, why don’t they slow down the announcements, so people have at least a small chance to understand???"
Queixes: "Boarding commenced after the given departure time with no sign of a delay on the departure boards. There was no clear guidance for queuing, so the speedy boarding we paid extra for was close to useless, staff then scanned boarding passes without a care for passports. Once on the plane the flight was delayed for 2 hours and only after 45 mins of sitting around waiting for an explanation were we given one by the captain."
Queixes: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."

Queixes: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."
Avantatges: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Queixes: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

Avantatges: "60 quid return to Barcelona from London. Can't be bad. Comfortable seat and very pleasant cabin crew."

Queixes: "It seemed like if you weren't paying close enough attention, you'd get nickel-and-dimed for every little thing that most airlines just take care of automatically"
