Queixes: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Queixes: It would be better if the plane was cleaned before boarding. The row where I was seated has potato chips all over the floor. Pls. clean your plane before boarding.

Avantatges: Calm, friendly and professional crew, good food and spotlessly clean aircraft.

Queixes: Disorganized boarding. People were jumping the line saying they were in the zone that was called when they couldn’t have been. I was there early (one of the 1st) but because I’m polite and only approached the gate when my zone was called, ended up at the back. More monitoring of this would help because I saw other people bothered by this.

Avantatges: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Queixes: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Queixes: The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came.

Queixes: They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

Avantatges: Crew were efficient and friendly.

Queixes: Coffee creamer sachets are insufficient in quantity for the coffee. Even with two sachets the coffee was still nearly black. The flight was full and the cost of checked in luggage ensured everyone used their carry on allowance. As a consequence, overhead bins were full. I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable.

Avantatges: Economy size seats fitted in Business Class and so much wastage of space around seats, very little quantity and quality of food available.The flights to Delhi and Amritsar has more than 60 % Punjab Travelers and there is not even a single movie in Punjabi movie. Poor.

Queixes: La comida (pasta) no tenía nada de sabor y mucha grasa. No fue nada agradable.

Avantatges: Good service on the plane, the food was good and the seat was very comfortable.

Queixes: The boarding process was a bit uncomfortable at the Lisbon airport. The space provided at the gate for the passengers to wait was small, with everyone trying to fit in front of the gate, it was tight.

Avantatges: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Avantatges: El entretenimiento muy bien. Contaba con cascos antirruido que funcionaron perfectos y eran cómodos. Asiento y comida adecuados. El único punto extraño fue el contoneo seguridad que era cruzado sobre el hombro.

Queixes: Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together.

Avantatges: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.

Queixes: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.

Queixes: Not being delayed at takeoff. We didn’t have enough time, as it was, to catch our flight to Boston and had to run to catch our flight. The scanners at passport control were also a problem.

Queixes: Meal choices - only serving beef in economy was not great.

Avantatges: I really enjoyed the ease of boarding and how smooth the flight went. The airline crew was friendly and the food was great.

Queixes: I wish that I was informed ahead of time that SAS GO LITE flights do not include check-in baggage. I ended up paying $109 instead of $60 because I was unaware that the fees change the day of departure. This upset me.

Avantatges: My first part of the flight, from SFO to CPH, was good. It was the second part that was terrible.

Queixes: SAS never emailed the second boarding ticket and there was no agent at the gate to help me print one. I paid $20 days in advance for a front aisle seat (6E), but was boarded last (group H) and had to put my carry-on in aisle 26. The stewardess was very rude and seemed racist towards me.

Avantatges: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.

Queixes: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Queixes: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Avantatges: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Queixes: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Avantatges: Seats were "old style" - still had some cushioning. The flight indeed reached it's destination in Prague.

Queixes: Flight was 20 minutes late to get in to Rome. Boarding was a zoo. First a huge single line crawling through the gate. Then, overloaded buses taking squeezed passengers to the plane. Another 35 minute delay to taxi. While not a budget carrier, food and even water is only for sale. Terrible landing.

Queixes: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Queixes: super small plane... had to climb a very narrow staircase into the plane... overhead bins couldn't accommodate much of anything... we weren't warned this in advance. one rude steward (Miks) July 21 Flt. BT444, 18:30-19:50... he just stood there watching me struggle up the outside staircase into the plane with my suitcase... scolded me for bringing suitcase on board, argued with me, etc. (I've traveled the world and this suitcase is always brought on board)... he was not service-oriented or helpful. thankfully, other staff did help... but he left a bad taste in my mouth for this airline.

Avantatges: Very nice and comfortable place by Air Baltic. Nice and polite crew.
