Avantatges: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Queixes: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Avantatges: The crew was great with kids. Very friendly and helpful.

Queixes: offering water at regular intervals (or at least once or twice in the entire 8 to 9 hour flight would be good.

Avantatges: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Queixes: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Avantatges: Yes super crew and super seat. ( next to empty seat) Nice new plane

Queixes: This one couldn’t have been better. Plenty of food snacks and drinks

Avantatges: A380 with extra legroom is great comfort

Queixes: Connection at Frankfurt airport very poor We had to run for 15 minutes to get our Singapore flight with no assistance from Lufthansa

Queixes: Did my check-in 24 hours before to make sure I would have an aisle seat ... Lufthansa changed my seat at last minute to a window seat!!! What a poor customer experience.

Avantatges: Crew was great

Queixes: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Avantatges: the crew was good , seat was not so comfortable

Queixes: seat need to be more soft for a trip during 8h //

Avantatges: Very smooth flight. Everything was perfect.

Avantatges: The crew were so friendly and helpful.

Queixes: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Avantatges: The crew was fun, informed, and very helpful.

Queixes: The seat, the entertainment, the headphone jack, the food.

Queixes: Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier.

Avantatges: Everything went as expected, very smooth

Avantatges: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Queixes: All of our luggage was lost and did not arrive in Prague
