Queixes: "The boarding process was terrible. We were checked out and processed 7 times! The questions we were asked were so ridiculous that at some point I started laughing. The official wanted to see my itinerary since I left the US, and all if the places I had visited! (That was a month after the start of my trip since I was on my way back from my vacation). The seats are made for people who are 5 feet tall and skinny. The airport was so busy that we had to Wait inside the plain for over an hour because there was (taxiing traffic) and could not get on the take off Lane."

Tuve que continuar viaje y ahora estoy esperando 24 h en Estambul al próximo vuelo a colombo. Inaceptable"

Queixes: "My flight was delayed, and the wrong gate was initially listed for my connecting flight, causing me to miss my flight. I asked to transfer to the next flight, but the staff there argued with me and refused to do so, saying I must purchase another ticket. I was forced to purchase a visa, go through passport processing, and purchase a new ticket that cost nearly as much as my entire round trip ticket from the US. I then had to pay to stay overnight in a hotel and had to make alternate arrangements to meet my hosts when I finally reached my destination."

One of the crew member passed me with out asking what to drink I waited until she comes back to tell her I didn't get a drink you just passed me she said ok what do you want . It took me by surprise her rudeness was un expected there was no apologies at all. This iwas my first time to fly with Turkish Airline. It is sad that just one member can influence the overall perception of the flight experience !!!!!"

Couldn't make my connecting flight or the flight after that because they were over booked. Then was sent to Brussels with a 4 hour layover, and missed my Saturday interview at 4 pm. Then the Brussels Airlines flight was delayed. Never again."

Avantatges: "Boarding was efficient but we sat on the plane for over an hour before leaving. Then when we deplaned, we were not told that we are not connected to a tube and would have to go down stairs to go to a bus which will bring us to the airport. The weather was blistering cold ! The same taxi in and out delay happened on the connecting flight to London and we arrived London at 2pm instead of 10:30am. Food was mainly carbohydrates. Entertainment was absent except for a screen showing a trailer of featured locations in Athens."

Avantatges: "Austrian Airlines is the best! Crew, food, drinks, entertainment, and plugins were all provided, and it was all very nice (and delicious food!)."

Queixes: "Food disappointing, dry, and tasteless, my dinner was missing half of what my husband had. Was not worth the effort to complain. Seats left you in pain, no lower back support, and very hard seats."

Avantatges: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."
Queixes: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

Queixes: "the entertainment was broken, they didn't offer WIFI. the crew was very rude and crabby."

Queixes: "I didn’t understand that we got no baggage allowance with our tickets. When I looked on the website it appeared that star alliance members got the usual free luggage. Apparently it was a “lit” fare & we didn’t. It would have been worth it to get the next class of fare"

Queixes: "Sweet or saulty 'Snack' is a joke"

Queixes: "Firstly . The crew were rude ! They did not even response when were calling them from the seat . The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Queixes: "The flight was delayed by 2hrs because of the strike - very annoying. The food was average for the plane foodn but the desert was excellent"

Queixes: "1. No option to pay for a second luggage; the company website very unclear about the luggage policy; no contact information as well as no web payment service; days before my flight, spent a lot of time and efforts to know that I could pay for a second luggage at the airport on my departure; 2. Paid $120 or so for the second luggage!!!??? After decades flying Austrian I will try switching to your competitors."

Avantatges: "I thought the food was excellent. Better food in coach than I get on first class domestic flights. Also, the in-flight entertainment was very good. I watched a couple of science shows and extreme sports shows that I truly enjoyed."
Queixes: "There wasn't much I did not enjoy that could be changed. I chose to go coach and had to put up with seating that was more cramped than I like, but I expected that."

Avantatges: "Everything was nice and smooth. It was on time and the crew they were very nice and very good entertainment."

Avantatges: "Seats were comfortable Bathrooms clean"
Queixes: "Crew wasn't very helpful and didn't ensure my stroller was delivered at the aircraft exit Had trouble closing my suitcase into the overhead compartment and called for assistance, to which i got reprimanded for opening it in the first place Requested coffee because i couldn't get it myself, being with a sleeping toddler, to which i got a horrible answer: the flight attendant told me i had to get it myself in the kitchenette"

Avantatges: "Seating did not feel cramped for a 10 hour flight. Frequent passing of water and juice."

Queixes: "Both flights were delayed. Food selection was poor."

Queixes: "Behavior of AA. We came with AA from Nica to Wien on time and AA did not allowed us to take plane to Zagreb. They changed to latter fly with CA. Shameful and inadmissible !"

Queixes: "Flight cancelled, after delays... Then almost four more hours to get rescheduled in a different flight the next day and taken to a local hotel!"

Queixes: "The ground crew harassed us for bringing our instruments on board. We fly with instruments for our work and this was the first time we were forced to check certain items and were detained for a period of time so that the ground crew could check with their superiors."

Avantatges: "Easy online check-in and boarding pass access also linked to wallet."
Queixes: "I was not aware of additional luggage charges when I booked my ticket. It would be helpful to have a warning about that and the fact that if you do not prepay online you are charged double. I also was not aware of the type of a ticket I booked, e.g. Economy light and what it meant for luggage fees."

Queixes: "My luggage was lost again It is the second time in a row that happens"

Queixes: "While boarding, the AC was off due to a mechanical issue. The plane was uncomfortably hot, but the pilot and flight attendants were appropriately apologetic. The issue was resolved once we took off."

Avantatges: "Fast and short flight between Vienna and Warsaw. Not much good or bad."
Queixes: "Shuttle bus from the terminal took awhile to leave to the plane. No air conditioning to the shuttle. Very hot. Was uncomfortable."

Avantatges: "The premium economy- it was the most uncomfortable - tight seats. The back of the seats are not reclining It’s not worth the money you pay for premium services"
Queixes: "The premium economy should be eliminated and should be labeled for what it is: couch class with some perks"

Queixes: "Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position."

Queixes: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Queixes: "La falta de informacion en el aeropuerto es nula. Han cambiado 5 veces la hora de salida y hasta que no llevaba 2 horas de retraso no ha aparecido nadie en el mostrador de embarque. Y luego han cambiado 3 veces la puerta de embarque"

Avantatges: "The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines."
Queixes: "Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor"

Queixes: "Llevabamos libres los 3 asientos de delante, se cambio un adolescente al que la tripulación trataba como un rey, perjudicandonos ya que levantaron los reposabrazos de los asientos para que fuera tumbado impidiendonos a nosotros la ya dificil movilidad durante el vuelo de mas 11 horas."

Avantatges: "La atención de la tripulación. El personal asiático de mostradores es realmente divino."
Queixes: "El personal de Air France para la fila antes de Revisión de visado es elitista, grosero y discriminatorio. Se burlan y hablan en francés creyendo que los turistas no entendemos. Me siento muy decepcionada de la atención. Pesaron mi bolso de mano de manera aleatoria y me cobraron 100 euros por 3 kg."

Queixes: "El viaje fue por Joon, el vuelo inicial fue cancelado ya en sala. Nos respondieron con la reprogramación. Debieron notificar a tiempo la cancelación, creo que hubiese sido menos difícil, ya que nos tocó salir de sala para volver a los mostradores."

Queixes: "The flight was delayed, missed connection, and lost baggage. Subpar."

Avantatges: "Very efficient boarding. We actually departed earlier and then landed in Barcelona 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall a very smooth experience."

Queixes: "Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that."

Queixes: "Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude."

Queixes: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"
