Avantatges: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Queixes: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Avantatges: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Queixes: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Avantatges: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Queixes: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Avantatges: Save you money and avoid this airline.

Queixes: Complete overhaul of the company.

Avantatges: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Queixes: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Queixes: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Avantatges: The original price

Queixes: I booked my flight on the 5th of July, an email was sent to me stating that the boarding pass will be sent within 4 hours, it wasn't sent to me. I tried checking in on the website, it gave me an error message that online checkin ended on the 4th of July. when i went to the airport, they asked me to pay a checkin fee, and when I told the staff member about my issue she said she needed proof, I couldn't pull mu email out at that moment to show her and the flight was almost there. so i paid €55. I would appreciate a refund

Avantatges: One of the very rare on-time, efficient and smooth flights with Wizzair. Check-in was fairly quick and incident-free, despite some of the other passengers reporting problems with the procedures and the staff. Boarding was quick and the flight actually arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Queixes: As usual, the cabin crew is adequately polite, but not overly friendly, the food & beverage range is mediocre and overpriced at best and the entertainment is virtually non-existent.

Avantatges: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Queixes: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Queixes: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off.

Avantatges: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Queixes: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Avantatges: I liked that the flight was short.

Queixes: I didn't like that the flight attendants were wearing their badges flipped back so you can't see their names. In need that may be important.

Avantatges: I like the atmosphere of the Swiss airline company, checking in, flights was excellent

Avantatges: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Queixes: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Avantatges: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Queixes: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Avantatges: Crew excellent, especially as they dealt with delay due to earlier medical event

Queixes: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Queixes: If the disembarking didn't take 45 minutes.

Queixes: Cramped overhead luggage space. Delayed due to technical reasons. Previous flight was completely cancelled.

Avantatges: Food is amazing.

Avantatges: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Queixes: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Avantatges: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Queixes: Baggage Claim in Barcelona. Waited 45 minutes before baggage arrived, that combined with flight being 30 minutes late made running to catch a connecting flight which was in a different terminal requiring a shuttle bus ride to get there.

Queixes: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Avantatges: There is nothing to like about this airlines

Queixes: The crew was all depressed angry people. The seats are old, dirty and uncomfortable. It was the worst flight I have ever had.

Avantatges: Crew was helpful and pleasant. Plus the food was pretty good.

Queixes: Better on board entertainment and more comfortable seats.

Queixes: for 860$ include only one small cheeseburger and water
