Avantatges: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Queixes: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Avantatges: Friendly crew, smooth take off and landing and generous on things to eat and drink.

Queixes: None. Keep up the good work.

Avantatges: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Queixes: The offer of wine. The wifi options.

Avantatges: Professional crew. Good simple check in.

Queixes: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Queixes: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Avantatges: There was almost a two hour delay, there wasn’t any information communicated, everybody was just asked to take seats in the waiting area. The entire process wasn’t very well organised.

Avantatges: Great seats, great crew.

Queixes: Was not anything too exciting on Entertainment with regards to movies, but personal choice really.

Avantatges: terrible customer service. wrong information on ticket and nobody could help me with anything. I will never fly emirates again

Queixes: Economy seat leg support could be better

Avantatges: The entire crew was amazing! Super comfy flight with complete lie-flat club world seats. Arrived into London feeling very refreshed!

Queixes: Sorry the attitude to help people after a cancelled flight is sucks,

Avantatges: The crew were very attentive and there was a large variety of in-flight entertainment.

Queixes: I am not a heavy set guy but the seats were unreasonably close to each other, this meant that when you eat a meal your elbows push into your sides making it hard to bring food to your mouth.

Queixes: People could have helped

Avantatges: Amazing staff, clean plane, good food, comfortable seats in business

Queixes: Plane was very warm. Uncomfortably warm Movie selection was boring. Too many Marvel films which was ridiculous.

Avantatges: Crew was terrific. Great service. New aircraft are comfortable too.

Queixes: Food. Meals are of poor quality. Bland in taste and rubbery texture.

Queixes: We’ve been waiting for almost an hour now for the bags to come out. This is insane

Queixes: Flight attendant coughing into hand while handling drinks cart. Flight attendant wearing face mask would be less threatening to health of passengers

Avantatges: Seat uncomfortable, filthy restroom, disgusting smell and had not been clean, hand soap no refill, overall bad service.

Avantatges: Lie flat seats in business class are very comfortable. Got a nice 10 hour sleep on the flight across. Bathrooms are clean and clean smelling and large. Crew pleasant and efficient.

Avantatges: This was my first time flying with China Eastern and I was very impressed. The plane was clean and comfortable. The crew was nice and it was overall a great experience. I would fly them again and recommend them to others.

Avantatges: Quick boarding and departure. Good selection of films.

Avantatges: Great gifts for children! However, there was no food for kids - apparently, I was supposed to request it in advance. This is something new, and I wish we were notified as soon as we purchased the ticket. We flew to Moscow in Sept. 2018 as well, and child's meal was provided without special requests.

Queixes: When I bought the ticket, it looked like 2 seats near the window or wall, but in reality there were 3 seats in the middle. The flight was comfortable but not what I expected. If I knew those were 3-people seats, I would've picked something closer to the front of the plane.

Avantatges: Crew was great, seat was comfortable, adequate legroom.

Queixes: Children should be located in one area of the cabin, so they don't disturb all other travelers.

Avantatges: Entertainment system was new and easy to use. Seats in premium economy were quite comfortable.

Queixes: A vegetarian / pescatarian option on the menu would have been nice but other than that, all good.

Avantatges: Very comfortable; excellent service

Queixes: The TVs in economy class weren’t working and it was an 8 hour flight so it would have been nice to have some entertainment during that time

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Queixes: We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional.

Avantatges: The entertainment was good.

Queixes: Once the crew got the meals out of the way you didn't see them (at least in our section). You could go to the galley for water or a snack etc. Most airlines I've been on seem to bring drinks, etc to seats every once in a while.

Avantatges: I like the option to upgrade for a paid seat. Having the window sit with the middle seat available provides extra space.

Queixes: I wanted to upgrade to business class but the process was problematic— had to be done at transfer desk not at gate — after i had been thru security ☹️ Discouraged ne from trying

Queixes: Qatar’s food is great! Feels like five star dining. Attendants are helpful and friendly.

Queixes: Food was terrible honestly, entertainment system didn't work on 1st flight.

Queixes: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Queixes: Boarding from Delhi was slow. Families with small kids and seniors were asked to board but the aircraft was not accessible for more than 15 minutes. The cabin service was very slow and started good two hours after the take off from Delhi. The coffee/tea were Lukewarm.

Queixes: Good service and better than average let room and overall seat confirm, which is a big plus on long haul flights. Will definitely choose to fly Qatar again.

Queixes: The seats were pretty stiff compared to the A380 business class seats on my preceding flight.

Avantatges: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.

Queixes: Need to serve better food in economy. There is a little more legroom in economy compared to other airlines, however, the seats are tight. They are not wide enough. Need better movie selection.
