Avantatges: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Queixes: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Avantatges: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Queixes: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Avantatges: Crew were friendly

Queixes: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Avantatges: Flight was on time.

Queixes: Pretty much everything. Another uncomfortable flying bus charging you for everything they can charge. Flying is absolutely awful these days.

Queixes: We ran a little behind; it would have been helpful for them to let us know they were running behind. Once you go through USA customs, there arent many options for refreshments or comfort. If I had known my flight would take off and hour and a half late, I would have been able to bide my time better.

Avantatges: The selection of movies was great. Boarding happened super fast and plane departed early.

Queixes: Plane was incredibly cold! Touch screen didn’t work well. Breakfast was lame. Flight attendants were super loud during breakfast service even though the lights were still dimmed.

Avantatges: Crew was good. Seats were good.

Avantatges: It was cheap

Queixes: Check in is a nightmare, questions are crazy even though you have paid extra for priority and 10kg carry on still had to check it in under the plane

Queixes: Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor.

Queixes: Delayed.

Avantatges: Nothing. I never took a flight so bad in my life.

Queixes: They could have another line to the people that couldn’t make check-in online, but they prefere to charge you a amount of $55,00 euros. Me and my husband tried to do the check-in online but the system was out off service and than when we tried again, 2 hour before departure, it was no possible

Avantatges: On time. Fast boarding.

Queixes: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Queixes: I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!

Avantatges: Everything was amazing, except for 2 pieces of luggage that got lost, misplaced, from Zurich to Chicago

Queixes: 2 luggage missing, I was told by Swiss airlines I would get them the next day, because they were left behind in Zurich.

Avantatges: Flight was on time, service onboard inspite of short flight, and the scenery of the Alps was breathtaking

Avantatges: Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight.

Queixes: Entertainment system is dated. Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Avantatges: It was a normal flight with any extra confortable feature.

Queixes: Not delay Treatment in the boarding Gate was ride, asking for visa despite I dont need it.

Avantatges: Vueling is a high quality airline. Much better than Ryanair

Boarded FIRST as was special assistance which is much better than being boarded last with everybody looking at you & no room for hand luggage at your seat so having to get somebody to place it further down plane.

Queixes: My special assistance required lift off plane which didn't happen so I along with people on crutches had to try negotiate way down steps in the wind & rain.

Queixes: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Queixes: We have a 5 hours delay inside the plane. The crew has to been change and the second crew is the worst crew in all my flights The captain also was change after 4 hours of delay, and is the worst captain, nothing polite

Avantatges: Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay.

Queixes: Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state.

Avantatges: The worst crew I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and I’m a frequent flyer, both domestically and internationally.

Queixes: To have not flown with Norwegian

Queixes: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Queixes: Flight was delayed which meant I missed the event I was travelling for. No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again

Avantatges: I never made the connection because the flight was cancelled. I liked nothing about the flight and to boot I got sick because I was up for over 40 hours straight... 11 of them spent in Customer Service line.

Queixes: It was a terrible two day experience that would have turned into over 3 if I did not cancel my flight plans.... vacation ruined.

Avantatges: The crew was very accommodating

Queixes: Better entertainment for an 8 hour flight. Take under consideration that tall guys can’t be squeezed in for 8 hours.Give some space to people who really need it

Avantatges: The flight attendants wont stop talking the whole flight, the temperature is so cold and the lights are never turned off, which makes it impossible for you to sleep on the plane.

Queixes: The first plane was absolutely filthy. I paid for Wifi and when connection was spotty put my laptop down still with half of the data I purchased unused, but then it wouldn't let me back on later. Food was awful. On the first flight they skipped me for drink service entirely.

Queixes: The Dublin airport is in desperate need of air-conditioning!! Pretty amazing and international airport doesn’t have this handled.

Avantatges: The desire to keep up with the schedule. impressive.

Queixes: Memmingen Airport does not call "Priority" card holders at the beginning of boarding passengers.

Avantatges: Casi siempre vuelo con Ryanair pero en esta ocasión me he llevado una gran decepción; las maniobras de aterrizaje y el aterrizaje en sí del vuelo Dublín Barcelona fueron muy bruscas. El embarque fue bastante caótico, había varias colas para la misma puerta de embarque y ningún miembro del personal de la compañía apareció por allí para informar a los pasajeros. Por otro lado, en la puerta de embarque me obligaron a dejar un Chai Latte de Starbucks porque no estaba permitido subir bebidas a bordo.

Queixes: Forced to board a bus and sit in an empty terminal. Paid for priority boarding but wasn't called for it. Pretty disorganized. Good flight but gate crew needs work.

Queixes: We arrived late to Dublin because of weather and we’re going to miss our connection to Leeds so they rerouted us via Manchester but our bags, though tagged “Rush” did not make it on the new flight and we were without them for five days! we still had to get to Leeds so we had to pay for train tickets
