Avantatges: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff
Queixes: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Avantatges: The only thing to like was for the transatlantic flight they have a pretty nice selection of moves and show to watch.
Queixes: Not enough space to write all the thing wrong here. I will never fly Aer Lingus again.

Avantatges: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.
Queixes: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.
Queixes: Nicer behaviour from crew, smile is easy.
Avantatges: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time
Avantatges: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.
Queixes: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Queixes: Flight was delayed which meant I missed the event I was travelling for. No help from airline or any expression of sympathy for the situation, very awkward to deal with and no flexibility, no offer of refund or change of flight as no other was available with the airline, wouldn't book again

Queixes: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Queixes: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA
Queixes: Airplane was very hot when boarding and didn’t cool down till about 20 minutes before landing.
Queixes: Good service cold have come sooner, I wanted to sleep as much as possible but it was a full 2 hours before the service finished.
Avantatges: One of the staff in the terminal was friendly and showed us how to weigh our bags and collect the bag tag.
Queixes: Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors).
