Queixes: Seats are very cramped and uncomfortable. I’m 179cm and it’s a tight enough squeeze for in the seats.

Avantatges: Nothing. The only good thing was the flight attendant in Dublin who was helpful

Queixes: The staff was very rude in Barcelona. The fees were ridiculous. The rules were not clearly outined about baggage fees. Flight was 2 hours delayed. Terrible experience. Never flying this airline again.

Avantatges: The price

Queixes: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Avantatges: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Queixes: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Queixes: Kayak sucks. I chose to buy ticket w kayak and took me to vayama (another horrible site). The ticket they sold me, which was not cheap, didn’t let me check in online and didn’t say that I was gonna have to pay 200 euros at airport to check in 2 bags!!!! A disaster everything.

Queixes: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Avantatges: Average friendliness of crew, paying for extra leg room seat is a must

Queixes: Food with a taste, rather than dull

Avantatges: The new A330-Neo is a lot more comfortable than any other recent airplanes. Loved the space between seats and entertainment is outstanding too. Food was very good and the crew exceptionally friendly.

Queixes: Nothing to complain about. Everything was outstanding.

Avantatges: Nothing.

Queixes: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Queixes: Snack at end of flight was good but lunch was not good and the dinner in Executive Class going over was not good

Queixes: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.

Avantatges: The flight attendants worked hard to make the flight a good experience.

Queixes: The crew on this flight was not very friendly and not very attentive.

Avantatges: We boarded on tarmac

Queixes: No water or soda provided Unless you pay. Also we were told at gate to check hand carry since no more room but when we boarded there were lots of compartment spaces empty.

Queixes: Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors).

Avantatges: Casi siempre vuelo con Ryanair pero en esta ocasión me he llevado una gran decepción; las maniobras de aterrizaje y el aterrizaje en sí del vuelo Dublín Barcelona fueron muy bruscas. El embarque fue bastante caótico, había varias colas para la misma puerta de embarque y ningún miembro del personal de la compañía apareció por allí para informar a los pasajeros. Avantatges: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Queixes: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Avantatges: Na

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Queixes: The entertainment system was very old with minimum selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working. The seating area was very cramped. I called for service a couple of times from my seat, but nobody came.

Queixes: I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive.

Avantatges: Flight was 20 minutes early.

Avantatges: Relatively cheap

Queixes: Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food.

Avantatges: the leg room was fine

Queixes: Luggage delivery in Porto was slow

Avantatges: The plane was spacious and air conditioned.

Queixes: We were not informed about how our luggage needed to be transferred to an entire building 15 min away.

Queixes: Very good flight and crew.

Avantatges: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Queixes: Entertainment didn't have any interesting movies or TV shows. Bottom of the barrel. No coffee or tea was offered before landing and it was advertised.

Avantatges: Crew and new, spacious aircraft

Avantatges: Rapid boarding with no delays

Queixes: No snacks, no entertainment.

Queixes: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Avantatges: The check in was super easy, they attendent was lovely and the flight itself was alright. However, there was a toddler screaming for 30 mins and not member of the crew adressed the issue and talked to the mother ot tried to calm down the kid.

Queixes: They called us to queue up way before they started boarding. We stood there in a long line for almost 40 mins. They could've called right before they actually wanted us to start going in the plane.

Avantatges: We upgraded to first class and everything was perfect!!

Queixes: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Avantatges: El entretenimiento muy bien. Contaba con cascos antirruido que funcionaron perfectos y eran cómodos. Asiento y comida adecuados. El único punto extraño fue el contoneo seguridad que era cruzado sobre el hombro.

Queixes: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Queixes: Felt like I was at a carnival as they were selling for much of the flight (snacks, drinks, catalog sales, etc). I never checked luggage, but it would not have been an inexpensive flight if I had to check my bag. Also, you MUST check in online or there is another big fee.

Avantatges: The check-in process is a joke! They do everything by paper, couldn’t find my booking, and so made me pay an exorbitant fee, and then wrote by boarding pass with a pen and paper! Unbelievable!
