Queixes: "I was duped thinking this was an El Al flight but it was a cheap brand of El-Al, called UP. They did not serve food (only for sale, even coffee), and charged extra $80 for luggage. For this price I could have flown Lufthansa and enjoyed the benefits."

Queixes: "Security check lasted very long in Madrid in the ElAl counter. Because it took so long around 40 suitcases did not make it to the plane, along with mine. During the flight I was informed I am not going to receive my luggage at landing and that it will be sent later. No personal entertainment system in the plane. WiFi was not stable and kept shutting down. I was not offered any compensation for the delay in the arrival of the suitcase. I as a customer avoid flying with ElAl, I bought a ticket to Iberia and had to fly with ElAl because the flights were shared. In the future I will avoid flying with companies that might share with ElAl, because they give very poor service and they mistreat women."

Queixes: "A day before I realized it was El Al Up (low cost) so I had to pay for 2 suitcase extra 200 $! And couldn't seat near my partner. The data was presented in a misleading manner which was very diaspointing ..."

Queixes: "Upon arrival to the airport, I was pressurized by the "UP" check-in desk staff to send my carry-on to the plane's hold because "the flight is packed and we prefer that you do so". I didn't argue, but this just gives an overall bad impression and certainly does not shed positive light on the company's competence and professionalism. The flight itself was delayed because of insufficient carry-on space in the upper compartments - carry-ons had to be taken off to the hold - something that created a noticeable delay, add to that the dismay of many irked passengers and the expected complaining and hopeless pleas to the flight attendants. The plane took off 20+ minutes late. The fact that this is "low cost" is no justification at all for such a chaos."

Queixes: "ElAl canceled my return flight from Tel Aviv with little advance warning and no reason given, I suspect because of underbooking. They successfully rerouted through Boston, but then messed up re-ticketing in Logan. Food edible but unappetizing. Ancient 767 with no seat-based, on-demand movies (they played on ceiling-mounted screens). No Wifi. Customer service on phone had huge hold times. Personnel were not available between flights. Will not fly again."
