Queixes: Creo que todos los aviones con vuelos de mas de 7 horas deberian contar con tele en cada asiento

Avantatges: Nothing much to write home about, but I didn't worry about anything in particular during my 4hr flight from Edmonton to Toronto.

Queixes: The crew were not too courteous, but I've come to expect a little bit of cheery happiness from them after flying porter. Not sure I'd complain about this, though. The food was the highlight. The only vegetarian option was mac-n-cheese, and it was horrid. I didn't even try finishing it.

Avantatges: Service

Queixes: All was as good as expected

Avantatges: Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff.

Queixes: My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick

Avantatges: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Queixes: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Avantatges: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Queixes: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Avantatges: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Queixes: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Queixes: We waited THREE HOURS just to check our bags; we didn't have time for a meal prior to boarding as a result. Were told in-flight that they should've given us vouchers, and now we'd have to pay for something to eat. Our luggage was lost and took four days to be delivered.

Queixes: Could have been on time and better prediction of delay length

Avantatges: not much

Queixes: Equipment change from A350 to very old 777. Long delay.

Queixes: We had to beg for one cup of water on a 3 & 1/2 flight. Very poor customer service.

Queixes: Delayed takeoff. That happens but very poor communication about the delay.

Avantatges: On time and complimentary drink

Queixes: Don’t let me book my seats on line and then tell me “not for this fare” ($1700) at the airport. We have special needs and were not accommodated

Queixes: On time departure !

Queixes: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Queixes: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

Avantatges: I was able to change my seat.

Queixes: Five hour delay, no entertainment, no food... A really poor experience.

Avantatges: Crew good seat was better than than the last. Food really good

Avantatges: Missed our connection flight. Time to close terminal to far away. Ran to gate closed as we got there.

Queixes: Spending night in Chicago O'hare airport where we rerouted.

Queixes: Didn't get snack. WiFi entertainment wasn't working.

Queixes: The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Queixes: We didn't get the seats that we paid for. And all we could get was the last row.

Avantatges: It was very comfortable and pleasant.

Queixes: Could be a little better the service, the dinner was late

Avantatges: Quick boarding, comfortable seating. Great food!

Queixes: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Avantatges: Fly was delayed.i was told my bag would go to end but it was not.instead of coming to the hotel 7pm i came 1am.

Queixes: Explain me to take the bag on time.it was almost left in the airport.

Avantatges: Great newer plane, great service!

Avantatges: Flight crew & food

Queixes: Need avoid delay flight, it’s hard to catch connecting flight

Avantatges: The time of the plane itself was nice and the ride was quick

Queixes: The food potions were poor expected more from emirates... I took the same flight to LHR how ever this flight was not cleaned properly and the chairs were uncomfortable... I was sitting at the exit and my luggage bins were filled with blankets hence I had to put my carryon at the end of the plane

Avantatges: The crew was okay And the seats good it’s little wide In general was okay

Queixes: The food not so good I like service on the plane was good

Queixes: My judgement will be unfair cause I love Emirates airlines

Queixes: Squawking brats the whole 10.5 hours of the trip to IAD.

Avantatges: Crew was nice, seats were comfortable

Avantatges: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Queixes: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Avantatges: Crew and flight where amazing. Thank you

Queixes: El sistema de audio/video se atasco y a pesar que había asientos disponibles no me quisieron cambiar y ni me lo ofrecieron. Asi es que viaje 3 hrs de vuelo aburrida viendo las películas de los de los asientos de lado y tratando de imaginar los sonidos. Seguro es el "AEROMEXICO TORTURA STYLE"

Queixes: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Queixes: The seating was cramped, no entrainment package.

Queixes: The seats hurt to sit in for long than a couple hours.

Avantatges: Amazing crew and Ground staff. Check in and bag check in was really smooth and fast.

Queixes: Maybe some more options of snacks. In flight entertainment was not working so can’t say much about it.

Queixes: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Avantatges: The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely.

Queixes: The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat

Avantatges: Nothing and already didn’t have muy baggage
