Avantatges: hilarious crew and they were very helpful

Queixes: seating was so uncomfortable and i'm petite/slim. the bathroom wreaked and the toilet seat would not stand up alone

Avantatges: Boarding easy and not rushed. Crew friendly and laid back - didn’t seem uptight. Nice aircraft. For a long flight, it was surprisingly easy.

Queixes: Economy space is still so cramped for a long flight. Food was fine and what would be expected. Not remarkable.

Avantatges: IFE, good system, GUI, and good content, various options and languages.

Queixes: Crew service, uninterested, careless, unemphatic, absolutely not dedicated to service, even borderline rude.

Avantatges: Meal/drink service excellent, friendly crew.

Queixes: Boarding process confusing as groups 3-6 all lined up together. No air at seats.

Avantatges: Flight was on time

Queixes: Very rude crew, I asked for water and I was told to get and help myself

Avantatges: The crew is brilliant Punctual, spot on... 100% service delivery

Avantatges: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Queixes: Even though it is a short flight, it would be nice to receive at least drinks offered

Queixes: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Queixes: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Avantatges: The crews were pretty great!

Queixes: Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though.

Avantatges: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Avantatges: More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines.

Queixes: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Queixes: Must have been an old plane; the seats were a bit worn and the screens are tiny.

Queixes: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Avantatges: Crew

Avantatges: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Queixes: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Avantatges: The service and food were good.

Queixes: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Avantatges: The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft.

Queixes: I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues

Queixes: The gates were announce at the time of boarding. No enough time to get the gate

Queixes: Personal very rude no manners to answer Questions or direct people.

Queixes: We had to go back to the gate to correct an interior light problem.

Queixes: After 1 hour, still sitting on the tarmac waiting to get to our gate.

Avantatges: The crew was awesome! The steward was engaging and made us all laugh and feel comfortable for a short flight when he didn’t have to. He had a great sense of humor and gave the kids cookies and wings. Something I haven’t seen in many years. He and the pilots were great!

Queixes: Nothing.

Avantatges: Crew was excellent, seats are never excellent

Avantatges: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Queixes: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Queixes: They didn’t allowed to add one luggage for free( not carry on) they charged and for international fly , all companies allow one

Avantatges: The FA was definitely above average for Air Canada.

Queixes: Air Canada could immediately STOP being RETARDED about how they schedule their equipment. A 767ER with pods in business class for the up and then right back down flight from Toronto to Montreal, and then an OLD Airbus A320 (with engines that whined like banshees!), with NO PODS, all the way from Montreal to Calgary!! I paid a significant up charge for business class SPECIFICALLY to get a pod! Moronic assholes!

Avantatges: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Queixes: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Avantatges: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Queixes: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Queixes: Continues the use of entertainment tv program during the delays - take off was delayed, descending was delayed and parking was delayed.

Avantatges: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Queixes: The passenger in front of me slammed into my knees. I am very tall. She was not but she sure got her seat back as far as possible in spite of having he bulkhead sear, so I had to be careful of my position the rest of the flight

Queixes: More fruits and non-starchy vegetables would make food more enjoyable

Queixes: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Queixes: Lost luggage. Took one hour waiting for my luggage in vain, and file the report of missing luggage.

Queixes: 50 min. delay for absolutely nothing. No proper gate available. Only one bus had to serve all passengers from terminal to aircraft. Lufthansa should not operate as a budget airline.
