Queixes: Use jet bridge instead of bus gate

Avantatges: Some on crew lovely. Others terrible, bitter people, not at all suited for customer service.

Queixes: Disgusting food. Price gouging for checked baggage. Surly attitudes.

Queixes: TAP doesn't understand the first thing about customer service.

Avantatges: Good service, friendly staff and easy boarding process, good food and on time departure

Queixes: Old plane... not much room for legs and seating are uncomfortable! No personal entertainment système! Poor flight

Queixes: As wheelchair handicapped female why put me in a window seat? near constantly screeming and crying and unruly children? Most unhappy and stressful experience...

Avantatges: getting off flight they didn't tell me at gate checkin that I needed a specific tag to receive my double stroller at the gate upon arrival to yyz. so I arrived with my twins and all our stuff to have to carry one of them and deal with all kinds of trouble until we wereat luggage pickup. HORRIBLE

Queixes: when gate checking strollers be more clear - I was travelling alone with twin 4 year olds ... to have to carry all the carry on luggage and deal with kids who are tired having the stroller after the flight at the gate would have been extra helpful which w=is what I had intended

Queixes: Frankfurt connecting flights, security, and Passport control are terribly inefficient, with unclear guides to get passengers from B gates to A gates.

Avantatges: Average friendliness of crew, paying for extra leg room seat is a must

Queixes: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.
