Queixes: lastminute.com was completely unhelpful in assisting with any changes to my itinerary. They repeatedly provided me with incorrect information that sent me on a wild goose chase.

Avantatges: Crew was ok, food and drinks was enough for 1,30 hour flight.

Queixes: I really expected more from Austrian airlines.

Avantatges: Seat was very comfortable and lots of leg room. Food was good.

Avantatges: comfortable seat, friendly staff

Queixes: No entertainment. New airport in Instanbul not efficient. 30 minutes everytime of taxi after landing and before take off. Flight as usual 40 minutes in delay.

Avantatges: Great new airport. Friendly staff. Traveled with them before and will again. Great rate and 2 bags!

Queixes: they charged me for baggage when it was supposed to be included

Avantatges: Quick and short flight. Plane was clean and comfortable

Queixes: The way they nickel and dime their customers. Their baggage fees are ridiculous! Paid $224 for round trip ticket.... paid about $132 round trip for my luggage!!! Will never fly with them again.

Avantatges: It was okay, I mean, for a short-haul flight, nothing more is required. Except for accuracy.

Queixes: They should finally replace old ATR-72.

Avantatges: Nothing, pretty much

Queixes: I was told my hand luggage needed to go to the cargo, despite it being small enough to be with me. The food was a water bottle and chips. There was more than an hour late to boarding time. The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off.

Avantatges: Nothing

Queixes: The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs.

Avantatges: The service and food were good.

Queixes: As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat.

Queixes: Losing my bags after a canceled flight was not so nice when my thinks cost more than 1000 euro

Avantatges: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Queixes: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Avantatges: Entertainment

Queixes: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Queixes: airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again.

Queixes: Flying with the same company from Vilnius, only on Riga they decided to weight the cabin bags. I understand the police, the limit weight, but they should apply it from the first flight, not just half way

Avantatges: Short flight

Queixes: They charged me 35 dollars to check in and the reason I did not check in was because their other flight was running late and was not sure I will make to that flight. It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline.

Avantatges: Tallin airport is beautiful

Queixes: Lost luggage and indifferent assistance.

Avantatges: The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be.

Queixes: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Avantatges: Wasn't awake, can't say

Queixes: Probably it would be nice to have a bit bigger screen with general information about the flight and local time

Avantatges: Excellent

Avantatges: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies!

Queixes: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.

Queixes: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Avantatges: Seat was very comfortable. Crew was great.

Avantatges: Service was very good

Queixes: Amazing how little legroom you can get away with, on a 13+ hour flight. You should be so ashamed!!!

Queixes: Cabin temperature too warm

Queixes: Crew rude and disrespectful. Switched my mother’s seat without even telling us..to a middle seat

Queixes: Using the same airline and terminal, they caused us to miss our connection by not having a jetway to a gate. In the time it took to deplane and bus to the terminal, they caused us to miss the connection. This in spite of the plane being still at the gate when we arrived.

Avantatges: 滿意，機組人員待人有禮，對工作熱誠誠

Queixes: 坐得舒服，食品也不錯

Queixes: They were rude, we almost didn’t made to the connection flight of their own company and they just didn’t care. The suitcase didn’t made it either

Avantatges: Super comfortable the seats and staff

Queixes: Nothing it was great.

Queixes: Crew attitude , allowing oversized baggage in the craft, no food service though it's not LCC.

Avantatges: The plane was an airbus, nothing to rave about nothing also to complain about. It got us there safely and relatively speaking on time after a later inbound arrival.

Queixes: The process of check in was terrible could not do so on line at least in Berlin. It is possible elsewhere in the system. Long and slow line for check in and then long and slow line for passport control and security, but we survived it. Advice is arrive early, you will need the time.

Queixes: Food and entertainment cud be better

Avantatges: Wonderful on board service from the crew

Avantatges: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Queixes: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Avantatges: The crew was very nice.

Queixes: The seats had such little cushion that it made the flight extremely uncomfortable.

Avantatges: Free food, relatively spacious

Avantatges: Everything from the crew being super accomodating and friendly to the comfort and taste of the food was delicious.

Queixes: Please make an announcement to passengers to not be dismissive if their surroundings. Passenger in front of me was has no regard for people behind him. Kept throwing himself in seat aggressively which cause water/food on trail to fall over. Thanks

Avantatges: The crew was very nice and positive. The seats surprisingly reclined quite a bit. The dinner was actually good.

Queixes: The offer of wine. The wifi options.
