Avantatges: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Queixes: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Queixes: They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience.

Queixes: The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane.

Avantatges: no remarks. everything fine for a short flight

Queixes: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Queixes: The app and trying to find boarding details prior.

Avantatges: The seat was quite comfortable, the crew was great, and the food was actually pretty good.

Queixes: Going through customs and an additional security check prior to boarding was the worst. It caused the flight to depart 15 minutes late.

Queixes: Al ser un viaje de 10 hrs. Deberían tener un menú más variado o por lo menos dar lo que ofrecen, pues compramos un pan que en la foto se veía con más ingredientes que los que traía el que nos dieron.

Queixes: Delays with little explanation of what was going on. Loaded the bus, the unloaded. Should have just had us wait

Avantatges: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Queixes: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Avantatges: Average friendliness of crew, paying for extra leg room seat is a must

Queixes: Food with a taste, rather than dull

Avantatges: Nothing.

Queixes: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Avantatges: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Queixes: Nada, I slept through this leg and the staff let me be.

Avantatges: The in flight service was fantastic. The attendants were friendly and always smiling. The pilots flew the plane with Swiss precision. I had an economy ticket and they fed us twice and had at least six beverage passes to keep you hydrated. A blanket, pillow and ear buds were provided as part of the seat. Norwegian Air does not even cover a glass of water. They are pathetic. We will travel with Swiss Air again.

Queixes: Internet service is invoiced by the megabyte and not the flight. For flights of this duration, a lump sum is a better idea.

Avantatges: Crew were excellent

Queixes: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Avantatges: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Queixes: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Avantatges: Smiling crew, clean airplane, tasty healthy food. I had all I needed to be comfortable.

Queixes: I can’t think of anything to improve on.

Queixes: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Avantatges: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Queixes: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Avantatges: Nothing.

Queixes: No lines for boarding - it was a mess And randomly we were asked to check in our bags though Austrian crew had earlier tagged them for carry on

Queixes: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Queixes: Baggage took almost 90 minutes to come off plane.

Avantatges: Dont fly with them. They always screw you over

Avantatges: For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard.

Queixes: Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived.

Avantatges: Cheap and comfortable budget airline.

Queixes: Delayed departure without any explanation

Queixes: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Avantatges: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Queixes: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Queixes: Not waiting in the cold for 15minutes before boarding the plane

Avantatges: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Queixes: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Queixes: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Avantatges: I like the extremely low price of the ticket.

Queixes: There was no WiFi. Comfier seats or at least a pillow and blanket.

Queixes: Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle.

Avantatges: Overall experience was good. Boarding was fine and onboard crew was nice and helpful.

Queixes: Seats do not recline and there is not a lot of legroom, especially if you are over 180 cm.

Queixes: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off.

Avantatges: We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane.

Queixes: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.
