Queixes: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Avantatges: Very helpful as I required assistance

Avantatges: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Avantatges: Staff were professional and polite.

Queixes: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Avantatges: The boarding procedure was much more organized than the previous flight.

Queixes: They served fish on board, and the odor stuck around for awhile.

Avantatges: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Queixes: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Queixes: The KLM crew are always great serving and treating you. Well above many other airlines.

Queixes: The flight from Manchester to Amsterdam has been delayed which led insufficient time for me to transfer to HK

Avantatges: Crew was great, seating comfortable.

Queixes: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Queixes: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Avantatges: El abordaje deberían hacerlo de una manera más ordenada. Los sobrecargo no son para nada amables, ven a las a los pasajeros con difucultades y no son ejecutivos en ayudar o resolver inconvenientes. El avión muy incómodo, muy poco espacio. La comida de bune sabor pero escasa.

Queixes: La amabilidad de los sobrecargos, No son para nada amables, lucen aburridos de su trabajo como que no lo disfrutan. El abordaje es lento y desordenado, no ayudan a que los pasajeros se acomoden y sus maletas, antes lo hacían. Perdieron mi equipaje de ida y de venida. NAdie responde.

Avantatges: The crew was great. The soecial meal request was hadled well despite oversight.

Queixes: Soecial meal request was made in advance but overlooked. Did not mind it so much as eating less is not a bad idea! To err is human.

Avantatges: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Queixes: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better
