Queixes: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Avantatges: I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground.

Queixes: It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can.

Queixes: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Avantatges: On time and the staff were very good. The food was not great, buy good.

Queixes: Tried and was unable to choose my seat in advance for flight and thus had to wait until I arrived at the gate. Thus I was unable to sit with my daughter. Was promised seats could be chosen 24 hours in advance, but was not allowed to either on line or via phone.

Queixes: Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier.

Avantatges: Airplanes, crew, entertainment on Lufthansa airplanes

Avantatges: Nothing...it was ridiculous

Queixes: No kiosks? No online check in? Seats were vinyl and terrible, and the plane was hot. It took us over 2 hours to check in

Queixes: Plane was full and all three of us had to store our carry-on luggage in front of us. This made the already tight legroom even tighter. This was a problem only one way of the trip.

Avantatges: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.

Queixes: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.

Queixes: Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class

Avantatges: One crew member in the OTP-VIE flight that was great in service .

Queixes: The delaying of both flights . The crew service on the VIE-NICE flight was awful .

Avantatges: Seat was very comfortable and lots of leg room. Food was good.

Avantatges: They have Economy class seats on the business class. Uncomfortable.

Queixes: Organization when boarding (a line vs. a mob of people from all different boarding groups) not organized at all. Ended up leaving about 45 minutes late.

Queixes: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Avantatges: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.

Queixes: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob

Queixes: It would have been better to have 2 carry ons. Even a bag of snacks was considered a carry on and i had to put it and my purse in my backpack.

Queixes: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Avantatges: The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after

Queixes: Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either.

Avantatges: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Queixes: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.
