Avantatges: Nos quejamos muchos de los pasajeros de los modos de las azafatas. Algunas de ellas sobretodo la que estaba en nuestro sector que creo se llamaba Esther. Mi grupo éramos 3.mi hermana Susana, y mi prima Angélica. Creo que podrían ser más amables que no cuesta nada tener una sonrisa en el rostro.

Queixes: The aircraft was super old, things were falling off, no in-flight entertainment for 10 hrs, crappy food and the plane was late so I missed the connection. 0 out of 5.

Queixes: La incomodidad para colocar las maletas de mano en la cabina y la falta de ayuda del personal

Queixes: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.

Queixes: My wifi was not working for the entire trip!

Avantatges: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Queixes: El espacio entre asientos es muy limitado! Resulta muy difícil moverse. Salvo esto, lo demás todo excelente.

Queixes: La entrega de equipaje fue muy demorada mas de una hora no separan los que hicimos chek in de los que no y teniendo espacio para mas personal no lo ponen

Queixes: They lost one of my bags. Amateur and inefficient company. Avoid at all cost.

Avantatges: The crew were all nice.

Queixes: Aircraft VERY aged--NO charging ports?! Entertainment screens tiny and old touch screen interface, slow to respond. Remote control on arm rest=accidental volume changes and such. Do NOT get the veggie pasta, it's terrible. Overhead bins do not hold large bags correctly.

Queixes: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Queixes: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Avantatges: For the 9 hour flight it would have been nice to have a screen with movies available.

Queixes: Being near the back of the plane we missed out on all the food options except for the chicken wrap which was horrible. You ran out of everything else.

Queixes: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Queixes: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Queixes: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Queixes: Not boarding on tarmac via bus. Sandwich - tartar sauce and “chicken” - with two quarter sized pieces of meat was terrible.

Avantatges: Seating had more space, the crew very relaxed and good humour as well as professionalism.

Queixes: Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft.

Queixes: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Queixes: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Queixes: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Avantatges: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.

Queixes: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!

Queixes: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.
