Queixes: We flu at 12m. They gived us a mini sándwich and a coke

Avantatges: Everything was, excellent, especially all the staff, both ground and onboard.

Queixes: Nothing

Avantatges: Excellent selection of movies and the dinner was very good.

Queixes: Breakfast eggs and mashed potatoes were wet and too watery.

Queixes: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Avantatges: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Queixes: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Avantatges: Crew asked us if we’d like to move to an empty row to be more comfortable without us even requesting it.

Queixes: Bigger coffee cups? Really nothing to complain about. Everything I would expect from a flight. A++

Queixes: The food!!!! Worst airline food. The crew barely announce in English. Boarding process is a mess

Queixes: The seats was no to comfortable for the price . They charge for the luggage and any company for traveling internationally does for almost one luggage

Avantatges: It was ok no more then that

Queixes: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Queixes: They lost my bag and I still haven't heard from them

Avantatges: The price was right!

Queixes: I know the saying “you get what you pay for”, but good service from the flight attendants should be expected in the price. It was hard to get a greeting or a smile from them, far from prompt delivery of food or coffee ordered. We were traveling with two kids under 5, but there was no help offered. You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast.

Avantatges: The crew was good and the seats were fine.

Queixes: It was a short flight but it would have been nice to have a glass of water.

Avantatges: Crew had christmas ware on.

Queixes: Food did not taste good. Better wine.

Avantatges: Demora del vuelo por más de tres horas para un vuelo de Centroamérica a Mexico; mal manejo del equipaje facturado, no hay espacio suficiente en la cabina para el equipaje de mano de todos los pasajeros, la cómida fue mala.

Queixes: Ticket/luggage issues not handled very well. Long wait lines. No notification of plane delay on monitors.

Avantatges: Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving.

Queixes: More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there.

Queixes: Revisar que las pantallas de entretenimiento estén funcionando correctamente.

Avantatges: Everything was fine except I ordered an aisle seat and was given a middle seat instead. The person who did get aisle played a war game for my territory with his arns over the arm rest and his refusal to get up whem the window person needed out. Next tine I will demand my aisle purchase is hononored

Queixes: My aisle purchase being respected

Avantatges: Aeromexico reopened the flight for us after we arrived late from another flight. This was hugely appreciated especially since we were traveling with three small children. We will now only fly Aeromexico Instead of Interjet or volaris

Queixes: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Avantatges: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Queixes: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Avantatges: Spacious business class seats, excellent meals

Queixes: Lack of ventilation in cabin, and staff refusal to turn heaters down (in September), very limited entertainment options.

Avantatges: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Queixes: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Queixes: Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned.

Avantatges: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Queixes: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Avantatges: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Queixes: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Queixes: Advertised October Pink products but did not have them for breast cancer support

Avantatges: Perfectly on time, no hassle, seat OK. This is the way I appreciate a flight.

Queixes: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Queixes: My checked bag did not make it to London, and it’s really affected my short stay which requires a lot of traveling around England.

Avantatges: The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft.

Queixes: I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues

Queixes: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Queixes: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!
