Avantatges: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Queixes: for RyanAir to be more human and humane and caring ...

Queixes: The video screen freaked up a lot and I was unable to watch movies listen to music for the better part of the 11 hour flight. I noticed other passengers had the same problem.

Avantatges: Crew was helpful and ver polite and efficient

Queixes: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Queixes: I could put my seat down, the button wasn’t working..

Queixes: Girl at the bording desk got in an argument with an passenger and she could have managed it a lot better then that.

Avantatges: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Queixes: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Avantatges: Excellent value.

Queixes: Random seating allocation is a farce.

Avantatges: I like the airline and the workers are great. I don't like when they charged for luggage that $60.00 each way like round trip is $120.00. It should be by weight is 50 lbs or 23 kilo for minimum and if it is over the weight than it should charged little more price.

Avantatges: Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home.

Queixes: Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country.

Avantatges: Crew

Queixes: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Avantatges: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Queixes: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Queixes: Going on time without delay, more staff to avoid long lines

Avantatges: Relatively cheap

Queixes: Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food.

Avantatges: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Queixes: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Avantatges: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Queixes: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.

Avantatges: Boarding took forever and we were an hour late

Queixes: Start boarding time 30min before it is set to fly instead of doing when we are supposed to take off

Avantatges: It's the cheapest you can get

Queixes: They split me and my wife on porpuse to force me to buy the option to choose my seating. The leg space is tiny and the chairs won't recline so it's super uncomfortable. Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience.

Queixes: WizzAir's service. The flight had an 8 hour delay due to bad weather, while Tarom had a flight on the same route, under the same circumstances, and managed to fly to and from Valencia within a much more acceptable 2 hour delay.

Queixes: There are no nets on the back of the seat in front of you to put things like water bottles - headphones, books etc.

Avantatges: never ever use this Momondo again

Queixes: Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip.

Avantatges: Low cost, lo esencial

Queixes: El vuelo se retrasó 2 horas, no avisaron

Avantatges: Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports.

Queixes: 6 hours delay due to bad weather.

Queixes: Seats could have been more comfortable

Avantatges: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake

Queixes: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard

Avantatges: Nada me gusto del viaje. Desde la espera para abordar hasta el avión y el servicio que ofrecen. Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.

Queixes: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off.

Queixes: Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante...

Avantatges: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Queixes: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Avantatges: Todo fue excelente

Queixes: 13 hour flight and only one meal and a sandwich

Avantatges: Very accommodating staff

Avantatges: The crew was very friendly, the pilot gave us some interesting information en route.

Queixes: As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization

Queixes: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Avantatges: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Avantatges: Friendly crew

Avantatges: Very smooth boarding on both flights, a smooth transfer between flights, and comfortable seats (especially nice flexible headrest on longhaul flight). Very friendly and helpful crew.

Queixes: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't important anyway.

Avantatges: Service was very good
